Christian Barrett who lead the courses i have just finished was incredible, he made learnplusus feel like a family rather then teacher and student.

The courses themselves was informative, helpful, rather interesting on the subjects such as get set or Anglian Water, I found it informative and motivational this course and Christian himself has really made me have confidence ein my abilities and found a way to display them correctly for interviews and how to layout and word my CV.

I undertook the Level 3 Housing Management Apprenticeship and Sybil was my tutor. I couldn't have asked for a more supportive tutor who always listens and understands and does her utmost to help. The experience wouldn't have been possible without her! Thank you!

Jennifer who ran the courses that I have took part in was brilliant. She listened to what I had to say and gave insight into what would help me. She has made me feel a lot more confident going back into work.

Taking this course was a little scary but after a little chat with my tutor; Kerri Moss, I felt confident and ready to gain new skills and knowledge. The course has been great as it has open or broaden my knowledge of care given roles, my moral and legal responsibilities towards the residents or users I support and especially doing so looking at their individual needs, best interests and overall well-being. I will cherish this opportunity and use the knowledge gained to help those I support in daily life and in care settings.

I have just completed the care certificate knowledge only course with Kerri Moss, she was absolutely brilliant. Each module was taught very well and with enthusiasm. I'm incredibly happy that I had the opportunity to take part in this course.

After a disappointing start to my apprenticeship, I was assigned a new tutor, I wasn't sure what to expect- but Sybil exceeded all my expectations within the first 15 minutes. Sybil immediately made me feel confident and comfortable with their approach. Sybil's encouragement, support and clear direction on what steps to take next made a huge difference. I felt listened to, guided and supported throughout the session. I left the learning session feeling positive and motivated. A good tutor from Learn Plus Us, I'm looking forward to the future sessions.

I have completed my level 3 early educator course with Learn plus us.
I work full time and have two young children which was a juggle at times however my tutor Gemma was always very supportive and helpful every step of the way.
The course was amazing and I have learned a lot.

I completed a a "Get Ready" 3 day course, through jobs 22 with Kulshuma. From start to finish it was an enjoyable experience. I was initially worried about what it would be like but Kulshuma is such a lovely person to be around.
My expectations were exceeded and I would happily do another course with Kulshuma.
There was alot to take away and Kulshuma has made that memorable because of the way she delivered. Even though it was a 3 day course I have learnt soo much.

Despite the trainer asking us to name her in the feedback, I have chosen not to. The course was unprofessional, inadequately prepared and delivered inappropriately by a trainer who lacked technical competence as well as presentation skills. It was also delivered without consideration for safeguarding or inclusion practices which was inappropriate given it was delivered to a group of strangers. The meeting etiquette was inappropriate, particularly for those with neurodiversity. The trainer was not in control of the session, and allowed another participant to dominate inappropriately. I will be raising a complaint as this was part of a government programme, restart, so likely funded with public money.

Had a 3 day course with Fleur as part of Jobs22 and I have to say that the course exceeded my expectations!

I was worried it wouldn't be as fun when first going into it, but I ended up really enjoying my time, learning new things and meeting new/interesting people alongside it :)

Would 100% do a course with Fleur again, thank you so much!

I've completed my level 3 Early Year Educator couse. The course was excellent! Very clear explanations and helpul materials. Very helpful throughout the time. I’ve done my level 3 in childcare with Learn+Us. It was a great course and the material was presented in a way that allowed me to do my course work and work full time.

The absolute best part of my apprenticeship was my tutor Raj. She is a lovely person who obviously cares about her learners as people. Raj was my biggest cheerleader on days when I was burned out, and always a great coach who motivated me to keep working hard and finishing my apprenticeship. The material was always presented in a way that was easy to follow and Raj encouraged me to ask question and/or discuss what I don’t understand. She helped me in developing my career, not just by guiding me through the coursework, but by giving me the confidence to believe in my own abilities. Her support made a real difference during some tough moments, and I genuinely looked forward to our sessions. Thanks to Raj, I finished my apprenticeship feeling prepared, motivated, and proud of what I’d achieved. I couldn’t have asked for a better tutor.

I have just completed the Early Years Practitioner Level 2 course, and I was lucky to have Rita as my tutor. She supported me 100% with her amazing knowledge and kind attitude. At the beginning of the course, I was really nervous because of my limited English, but Rita always believe me even when I doubted myself. Thanks to her support, I didn't just finish the course - I achieved a distinction. I'm so grateful for everything.

I’ve just completed a transferable skills course with June Morris.
I’ve learnt some valuable information when it comes to making the most of my personal statement and cover letter.

The sessions are welcoming and friendly and they’re improving my confidence to come out of my comfort zone and chat to unfamiliar people.

Sybil was a fantastic tutor and everything I could have asked for. She was very supportive of my wellbeing and my learning, and tailored the course to be flexible around my role.

I definitely would not have been able to complete the course without her!

I have enjoyed this course very much. It was very useful and informative.My teacher June Morrice was very helpful. She explained things very clearly and makes me understand better about confidence. I’m sure that it will help me in the future to look for jobs that I have never felt brave enough to apply for.
I strongly recommend it to anyone with low confidence. Thank you.

I have just completed a level 3 in early years education and have passed with a distinction. I had a brilliant experience with learn plus us and my tutor Gemma was absolutely fantastic. She helped and guided me the whole way through and was always on the end of the phone. We had regular video calls to keep me motivated and well informed throughout. When it came to my time to be observed, Gemma drove all the way from Wales to Oxfordshire to do the observation herself which was really lovely. Gemma was professional, friendly and extremely helpful throughout the course and helped prepare me well for my final exams which I passed first time. Great course and would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing have learnt so much things I didn’t even know. So understanding have all the time in the world for you . Diane is absolutely amazing can’t fault them
