We had to buy an item which was not available immediately in stock in Perth and Leederville Cameras communication in this was great. Very happy with the result. Competitive prices, too. I would buy from them again.

Speedy Customer Service
I asked for a specific RGB Panel to be back-ordered, but when I received it, it was faulty. Leederville's team was so quick to help get it replaced and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

Silver photo frames
I attempted to purchase 6 photo frames but there were only 2 in stock.
It was handled very well and my payment for the 4 unavailable frames was returned promptly.

Excellent customer service when phoning shop for enquiry.
We where informed on an estimated arrival date and kept up to date on delivery.
On pickup in shop the service was again excellent,informative and friendly.
We where asked if we wanted help in getting our Telescope to the car in its box and last thing from the helpfull staff was to simply enjoy the skywatching and if we had any problems phone the shop.
We did phone on unboxing as thought a peice was missing, emailed photos and we got an answer within 4 hrs !
Would absolutly recommend Leederville Cameras for their exceptional customer service, product range avaliable and back up.

Unacceptable wait to receive goods
Order placed 22 November 22. 23 November 22 I am advised that my order will be completed by mid-December if I wish to proceed, and I agree to proceed.
In late January, I call to follow up on the order. The order arrived in mid-February.
Not what I was told and agreed to. It took way too long to fill the order. I had to get ink from another supplier, which arrived within a week.

Unfortunately, supply issues with stock are out of our hands and we can't control delays from suppliers and manufacturers. If an order doesn't arrive in a suitable time frame, you are always more than entitled to a refund, store credit, or exchange for another product.
Great service.
I wanted to support an Australian retailer when buying a pair of binoculars as a gift. Ordered a pair on back order, which took longer that I anticipated for delivery due to overseas shipment. Response time from the team to email queries was superb with replies received within hours of sending. Great customer service. Keep up the good work.

Great service by knowledgeable staff
Great service by knowledgeable staff. When i order goods, delivery is usually very fast. When a product is likely to be delayed they always contact me to let me know and their prices and are very competitive. I also like being able to go to the shop and actually see and test big items like quality lenses.

Item took longer than advised
Item took longer than advised to arrive, no follow up to let me know what was happening, and then supplied a cheaper brand item than paid for. Have felt with Leederville Camera for a while now, but now looking for alternate supplier as this was nothing short of being cheated. Will not go back

Hi Mark, The delay was out of our hands as we were at the mercy of the suppliers who were not providing us with updates when we followed them up numerous times. When it did arrive, we queried them why the cheaper brand item was supplied and they advised that it was the same as Miops and functioned just the same too.
