The apartment is nice, clean, and well-maintained. The service has been perfect so far fast, helpful, and professional. Really happy with the experience.

Sophie provided a lot of support prior to the start of my tenancy and if I had any questions during the tenacy she always helped and responded quickly.
I had to reduce one star because on the move in date I thought I will meet with the Property Manager instead of that I was hosted by the concierge who showed me everything properly.

I have been asking for help from Jordan (the property manager of the Prestige) with various things and he has always replied within one working day with what I am looking for. He is rather reliable compared to the other property managers that I have had to deal with in the past.

It was a nightmare for me to rent an apartment from this agent. My story is as below....

I am a BNO immigrant and I rented an apartment from them with 12 months upfront paid.

During thr period, I encountered water leakage and boiler malfunction,it took many days for them to get these fixed. I am not sure if they think the damage were created by me , later on when i asked for a rolling contract 3 months before the end of my 12 months contract, they said landlord refused to let me continue to rent saying I am "not residing there". This was ridiculous, because i stayed there everyday, even though i get back to Hong Kong to visit parents twice, each time spending 2 weeks only which was not violating the contract. And I also reported my leave via their App.

I need to extend the contract for few months because the completion date of the new build house i bought was likely to have delay, there was a chance that i cant move out from this apartment before the end of 12 months contract.

Soon after they rejected my request saying that the landlord doesnt want to let me continue to rent, they issued an " arrears letter" allegated me not paying the parking fee. The fact was that I paid the fee on time every months via online banking payment. I immediately sent them the proof, they soon apologzed to me. The manager said i can continue to rent the apartment. Since there is still a chance for my new build house to complete on time so that i dont need to extend the contract with legacies, i asked them to provide a deadline for me to confirm with them whether i would continue to rent their apartment. Right before the deadline, I send many emails to them to express i need to extend the contract, but they didnt give me any response, I can only assume that i cant continue to rent there. As such I moved out on time before the end of 12 months contract and asked them for takeover the key and the apartment. Nevertheless, they claimed that i didnt provide one month notice to them so that i have to paid 1 more month of rent to them... Okay fine, I paid the rent accordingly and still handing over the apartment to them. Upon my request, they promised if the apartment can be let to someone eariler, a portion of the rent will be refunded to me. Until mid of that month, their online system pushed me several emails regarding the tenant of my apartment found bad smell in bath room and the arrangment of fixing work. Obviously this means someone rented and moved to the apartment already, therefore i asked the manager for refund. The manager refused the refund, my apartment number was Bxyz, and he said the apartment with tenant and fixing work in process was Axyz. (xyz being my apartment number)

I am totally disappointed with this agent.

LIAM!! This guy has been so helpful and has gone the extra mile to make my experience here so much better! Got me a car space when I didn't think it was possible hahaha, true legend and deserves all the credit!

I have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Sophie regarding moving into my new apartment, and every time I reached out to her with questions she always replied immediately and provided the next steps and put me at ease. I felt so looked after through the entire process and can't believe how professional and helpful Sophie was - if it was up to me I would give her a pay rise. Incredible customer service!
