We hired Legal Inz to prepare mirror wills and a POA. The process stretched to ~12 months with minimal guidance and month-plus response times despite repeated follow-ups. Our assigned paralegal Fizza Imad kept asking for IDs (ours and for everyone named in the will) but couldn’t explain the structure or options. The first draft we received was very poor—basically one clause (“everything to spouse”), without the standard provisions you’d expect (residuary estate, executors/alternates, guardianship, survivorship period, substitutions, etc.). She couldn’t answer a single question. She was unable to guide us through the process, law etc. What a joke! We ultimately drafted the will ourselves and had to push management (Altamish) for answers. This was stressful and not what we expect when paying a firm for such an important document. Seamless and completely online/remote process made it easy for my wife and I to get our ADJD wills registered.
