This is one of the most concerning business experiences we have encountered, and it is important that others understand exactly how this process unfolds.

At first, everything appears structured and professional—clear packages, “government-only fees,” and promises of seamless company setup and banking support. However, once payment is made, the situation changes rapidly. Costs increase, conditions shift, and critical information is introduced only after financial commitment.

A key issue in our case is that a less experienced partner was directly handling the process. Instead of being properly guided, he was exposed to inflated pricing, incomplete disclosures, and a constant stream of changing requirements. The imbalance in knowledge was not corrected—it was leveraged.

Banking support, which was presented as a core service, turned out to be unreliable. Banks that were initially presented as viable suddenly changed. New requirements—such as substantial minimum deposits—were only disclosed after fees had already been paid. Additional payments were then requested for alternative solutions, none of which produced a functional result.

At one point, we were pushed to transfer a significant amount (approximately $100,000) to an external party with no clear identity, no contractual basis, and no transparent explanation. This alone would raise immediate red flags in any compliant environment.

We repeatedly requested basic documentation: government receipts, proof of submissions, and third-party invoices. These were either not provided or left unanswered.

The overall pattern is clear:
– upfront promises, followed by shifting conditions
– payments secured before transparency
– pressure applied without accountability

Additionally, the large number of highly positive reviews does not align with our experience at all. This raises serious concerns about their credibility and whether these reviews reflect real customer experiences.

This situation goes beyond a simple service dispute. It reflects a structure where expectations are set in one way, but execution follows a completely different path.

We strongly advise anyone—especially those without extensive experience—to proceed with extreme caution, independently verify every detail, and never rely solely on initial representations.

Once trust is lost at this level, there is no basis for further cooperation.

It's a scamming & trapping company.
Their all lowest reviews are 100% true. They have 5 stars paid reviews. Don't trust them guys. Their manager Shweta Sharma is a master mind of trapping. In initial, their talks so sweet & will see good dreams. But after one year, they demand 5000 AED / 8000 AED charges on the name of service charges. When a client can't pay huge amount because client don't know about this type of extra charges. Then their staff will silent & NOC a document letter charge 10,000 AED. What a joke ? You are company owner but their scamming company give your ownership proof in 10,000 AED.
When you want to move for license cancelation then this company charged 8000+ AED, when govt has only 2100 AED License cancelation charges.
This company is so hungry for snatching others money.

If you want to register company in UAE then you should directly contact to govt zone. Govt Zone will give you benefit & lowest cost. Don't trust on this cheap scamming trapping company.

Fraud. They keep increasing the fee as you go along. Now that I read the reviews, I see it happens a lot!

Its scam They take your deposit, make you do the initial work then increase the price, then wont get back to you until you pay it. They won't give you a refund either.

I can see others have the same experience too.

I received a great accounting service from Arbab Ali. He took care of my accounts, and he provided me with professional advice. His communication skills were also great, and he was prompt in clarifying my questions. I really recommend him as your accountant in InZone. He is always approachable.

ADDITIONAL UNEXPLAINED COST, ZERO TRANSPARENCY & COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE

I do not recommend InZone to anyone. Based on my experience, they are not trustworthy at all.

Throughout the process, random expenses kept appearing. Every time I questioned them, they were suddenly “corrected.” That pattern alone makes it impossible to feel confident about how billing is handled. I was charged over AED 2,400 in service fees for a license that costs around AED 6,000 — an excessive markup with no proper upfront breakdown or justification.

Then an additional AED 280 “admin fee” was added. How is an admin fee different from the already high service fee? There was no clear explanation.

On top of that, I was charged AED 750 for a “tax assessment”, despite never requesting any tax-related service. What tax? For what purpose? No clear answers were provided.

Communication is equally unacceptable. Employees take ages to respond, even after multiple follow-ups. Most questions are met with “I will get back to you,” and they rarely do. It feels like basic questions cannot be answered properly, and there is no accountability.

Between the unexplained charges, constant follow-ups, and lack of clear communication, the entire experience has been stressful and exhausting.

If you value transparency, professionalism, and honest communication, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

The overall experience was extremely frustrating. The company setup process took around 8 months, which is far longer than what was originally indicated. The total cost ended up being over AED 40,000. The biggest issue came later. When trying to manage the company directly through the free zone authority, a demand was made for AED 10,000 + VAT just to issue a No Objection Certificate. This was confirmed in writing by their renewals team. This kind of fee was never clearly explained upfront during the setup process. It feels unreasonable to have to pay such a large amount just to gain direct control over a company that was already fully paid for and legally formed. Transparency about exit fees and post-setup control is very important, and unfortunately that was not the case here. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to carefully review all terms, especially anything related to NOCs, exit, or transfer of control.
I filed a formal complaint with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) and with Meydan Free Zone Authority. DET's Senior Inspector looked into the matter and asked InZone to provide proof that I had signed any agreement containing this fee. They could not produce one. The inspector made it clear that general website terms are not considered proof of a signed agreement. At the same time, Meydan Free Zone stepped in and de-linked InZone from my company, granting me full direct access to the portal without requiring any NOC from InZone and without charging me a single dirham. The AED 10,000 NOC fee that InZone insisted was mandatory turned out to be completely unnecessary. If you are facing a similar situation, know that you do not have to simply accept it. File with DET and your free zone authority. Push back. I did, and it worked.

My experience with Inzone during the setup of my consulting company in RAKEZ has been highly professional from start to finish. The team works with pace and clarity, ensuring that the company formation and associated administration are progressed efficiently and without unnecessary friction.

From the initial consultation with Sara Amador, who was both engaging and reassuring, through to John Gonzales, who acted as my agent and handled my exacting and detailed requirements with patience and precision, the process felt structured and well managed. A particular mention must go to Krishnan Swaminathan and the Banking team. Opening corporate banking in the UAE can often be the most uncertain stage of the journey, yet they navigated it with confidence and made what could have been a trip hazard feel straightforward and worry free.

I would recommend Inzone to anyone considering business setup in the UAE. They bring professionalism, responsiveness and a genuine sense of support to the process.

One constructive suggestion would be the development of a comprehensive FAQ guide for clients. While much of the information is provided throughout the process, a single holistic document outlining likely challenges, documentation requirements, timeframes and indicative costs would add further clarity and confidence for new founders.

Overall, a strong team that delivers and makes you feel supported throughout the journey.

My experience with InZone was defined by low professionalism and poor process control.

Communication was unreliable. Emails were ignored until repeatedly nudged, and there was no clear ownership or proactive updates. The sales/WhatsApp side is responsive and polished up front, but once payment is made the service quality drops sharply.

I was sent the wrong documents with unclear instructions. Asking for clarification didn’t improve much, and I only got a response after repeatedly chasing. Much later, InZone admitted the documentation and instructions were wrong. No apology. No accountability.

Most importantly, despite the fact that no submission had been made to the relevant authority in my case, they refused to refund me. The pattern felt simple: they are effective at getting you to pay quickly, but very difficult to deal with afterward. If you are going in expecting a minimum level of business credibility and trust, please don’t.

If you are considering this company and haven’t interacted with them before: please do your own due diligence. Read the numerous 1-star reviews here and on other platforms. My experience was consistent with many of those reports. You can also read the higher-star reviews and make your own decision. They are optimized for collecting payment, not delivering service.

If you’ve had a bad experience:

1. Consider filing a complaint through Dubai’s Consumer Rights channels (Department of Economy & Tourism). They are really effective and collaborative.
2. Leave a legitimate, factual review here and on other relevant platforms, so others can make an informed choice.

I have already taken actions on the steps above.

InZone was a complete waste of time and money. Customer service is basically non-existent, communication is poor, and there’s zero accountability. The caliber of people I dealt with was subpar (unprofessional, disorganized, and not equipped to handle a process that requires attention to detail).

If you have any self-respect and value your time, money, and sanity, stay away from this company and choose literally anyone else.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with any company.

It has been over 45 days, and I’ve had to renew my tourist visa three times already, yet my company formation is still not completed.

Their customer service is unbelievably poor — slow replies, zero accountability, and an operations team that takes ages to get anything done.
Honestly, the level of service is shocking.

After all this delay, they still refuse to issue a refund or offer any form of compensation.

Stay far away. Total disappointment from start to finish.

I’ve used InZone multiple times now already for signature witnessing services and the support provided by Brian Kennedy has been amazing so far.
