I was hard-scammed by these guys for years.

As an expat and new to business they took full advantage - charging me 10x prices for all services claiming their service was the reason for the high prices - too bad their service is utter garbage 99% of the time.

The worst of the worst was Mohamed Al Sayed - who was in charge of my company's CT FTA filings, not only was he competely useless, but he couldnt care less at all, once he got the payment he was BYE BYE!

"Oh don't worry Sir, i've handed you off to the experts!" - cashed in his comission for the month and ran off

Once I was handed off to the "Bokkeeping team" they were again competely useless, only doing things if I reminded them to do it "Oh you paid us already? Ah... okay Sir we're on it!" No answer for months, until I spam them to wake up, and finally they do some "work".

To this day they've stolen well over 30k+ AED from me for this CT filing service and given me nothing in return, just "Here's another payment link sir, pay more!"

In addition - do not make your company with them, the "Creative City" they make it in gives them FULL control of your company, you cannot make changes, add employees, or anything without their direct hand, which means they will happily charge you 10x margins in order to do simple shit like add an employee to your company.

If you're like me and you got scammed by them, and you have the resources, then take em to court over their garbage service, as what they advertise and what you actually get is COMPLETELY different

The process of starting our company took 15 months. The promised time was 3 months. Clearly frequent people changing, internal lack of leadership and coordination contributed to this. There was no single manager who had set up a goal and directed their team finish within a time line. Promising an end to end solution and then excluding several key steps and then high charging for them was unprofessional to say the least. There was no Manager taking responsibility.
In the very end, Ms Dalia was most cooperative and fast to chase and get things done. Omar came into the team in the end and was understanding and supportive in getting things done. We are grateful to Dalia and Omar in eventually completing the job!

Very unprofessional ! stay far. Experience bad only asking money and they dont arrive to any solutions.

De nombreux services m’ont été facturés alors qu’ils sont pourtant gratuits auprès des autorités compétentes exemple VAT.

En raison de retards de leur part, j’ai également écopé d’une pénalité de 10 000 AED, situation qui aurait pu être évitée avec un suivi sérieux.

Enfin, dès que j’ai signalé que leurs tarifs étaient excessifs pour des services gratuits, plus aucune réponse de leur part.

Manque de transparence, de suivi et de professionnalisme. À éviter.

They are so slow and non serious that they don't contact you on time it takes long time to get business coordinator and he even don't reply to your messages promptly

Creative Zone made huge accounting errors, caused me a 10,000 AED VAT fine, and then blocked my file transfer, asking 7,000 AED just to release it. I was also fined 250 AED due to their delays.
Avoid this company — they’re only good at collecting fees, not delivering service.
I'm taking legal steps. Feel free to contact me if you're going through the same.

I have to admit that the company and visa setup process went smoothly. The nightmare began afterwards, when we started requesting contracts and permits to actually operate with the company. They are inefficient, lack attention to detail, and make promises they can’t keep.

I paid (a very high price) 40 days ago for the creation of a contract that is essential for operating, but it’s still not ready—despite my daily follow-ups.
A never-ending nightmare.

If there was a rating below 1, I would give that to Creative Zone. never again I would recommend using their services. They only know how to pass the buck but never find solutions. They will fleece you and you will run in circles. Very bad Management team who never come in front and only put dummies to say.."I will get back to you".

i was really confused after research on setting up a business in UAE because people from different companies had different opinions and provided completely different information.
so Furqan from creativezone provided me with accurate information and his team has delivered excellent service to me for company setup in UAE.
