Megha Kumar from Decisive Zone has done an excellent job in completing my FILE submission to the FTA and handled the entire process smoothly, professionally, and in a well-organised manner. Everything was completed properly and on time, and the guidance made the process very easy to understand.
I appreciate the dedication and attention to detail, and I am very satisfied with the service provided. I would definitely recommend Megha Kumar and Decisive Zone’s other staffs for FTA-related filings and compliance work.

Never go to them for any license. They’ll make you sign non expiry contracts and add extra costs to make you pay them more. They’re the worst service providers. And when you want to leave them and get the license work done by yourself they’ll make you tens of thousands of dirhams.

From the very first interaction the Team was professional in giving the right info, licensing & setting up a company. Especially Mr. Mark, he guided me through the process, explained all the options clearly & ensured everything was smooth, transparency in fees is good & their commitment for client success set them apart (the accounting team).

They took almost 3 months to close a business - which still isn´t complete.

Paid $4000 USD to close a business, endless paperwork (which you do yourself anyway), then I get fined for closing the company too slow? Makes sense.

Classic UAE money grab. If you expect American level of service don´t use these guys.

These guys will literally just suck up your money don´t use them.

All in all, don´t incorporate in the UAE, fake place run on debt and low cost labor.

Serious agency, everything is taken care of, it would be necessary to clarify the real costs to be paid as I just did because some appreciate the all-inclusive in luxury mode, without counting as long as the work is well done, but others would like to be informed of the total costs before committing. You cannot migrate your company to another. You have to close a company to open another and this involves closing and reopening costs so price transparency would be welcome and a decreasing rate for visa and license renewals could encourage not to migrate to another free zone.

🚨 Fraudulent & Unprofessional – Stay Away! 🚨

Decisive Zone completely wasted my time, money, and energy. Their sales guy Mark lured me in with sweet promises and payment terms, but once I paid, everything changed. They kept delaying, giving half information, and every time I thought the process was moving forward, they suddenly came up with new requirements that were never mentioned before.

Their staff, including Sajna, were totally unprofessional, clueless, and careless. Even their own PRO and accountant Hilal was shocked that I was never told the full requirements in the beginning. When I asked for my money back, they tried to make fake deductions like “bank account charges” which I exposed as false when i told them about my Banking experience. Finally, after a long fight, they deducted 50% of my money of services charges which I didn't take from them for absolutely nothing and refunded the rest.

⚠️ This company is nothing but a scam. They trap people, waste months, and then snatch money with hidden excuses. If you value your hard-earned money and peace of mind, NEVER go to Decisive Zone. They are fraudsters disguised as a business setup company in Dubai.

We we started a business in AE with these guys. The initial offer and the sale was very good. After that at every step they sell you something else, overcharge you. Try to make you pay double on some services if you are not paying attention
Maybe for Visas are ok, but to trust these guys with B2B. Never

Hello everyone, Im Mohammad Danish from India. I was looking to form a company in Dubai so i contacted Decisive Zone through their websites. On 3rd April i received a message from their office on whatsapp. I took a flight to Dubai on 5th April to meet them in their office.
On 7th april i met them in their office, i received quotation from their office over whatsapp for AED 12010 to form a company in Rakez. I paid their Invoice in the first meeting as everything looked very promising. They formed a whatsapp group especially for me to get answers for my queries and updates. Now the reality begins as soon as their invoice was paid. On same day at 11PM i got a message from them to sign the documents asap as they were filing my company formation. On 22 April, i contacted their office for the progress but no replies. I have the screenshots of their whatsapp if they want to verify then they are most welcome.
So i decided to contact their manager Mr Hassan, i sent him few messages regarding the ignorance. Mr Hassan asked me to contact on the group. I informed him about the ignorance of my messages on the group. Then someone on the group informed me that my application has been rejected and later they informed me that after several attempts it is being rejected.
So i asked them to issue the refunds if they were unable to process. In this time, i got several calls from their office request to buy a property etc. they will help me to get a Golden visa bla bla…
Anyways, I messaged Mr Hassan to issue a refund several times. I also, discussed with him over call about the charges to be deducted. He told me AED 500 would be deducted as service charge and the rest will be refunded. After this there was no positive response from him. I always made excuses that the Head of the revenue deals in refunds and he is on a holiday, sometimes he said he has asked him to issue refund and I will soon get the refunds. Mr Hassan gave the number of the person who had to issue the refunds and he never replied back. On 25th May I took a flight to Dubai again. On 26th may I told him that im in Dubai and if I don’t get the refunds then I will straight away contact the Police. He requested me to hold and have a meeting and he promised to solve everything. I went to their office on 27th may. Had a meetin with Mr Hassan and the head of Revenue. They were prepared with some 10 page document I signed where it was written that they do not refund the fees paid to rakez.
So on 28th may they refunded AED 4794.19. And the balance was deducted for not doing nothing. So as per Mr Hassan, only AED 500 were to be deducted but they deducted AED 7215.81 for doing nothing. Yes the 10 page approx. document said they do not refund the fees charged by Rakez, I contacted Rakez and they informed me that AED 154.55 was deducted and the rest is refunded to Decisive zone.
Anyone from Decisive zone is most welcome to view my chats with Mr Hassan, group chats or anyother chats with their employees.

Samuel and Nasreen were very helpful in renewing my business license and visa. They were professional, quick to respond, friendly, and knowledgeable.
