In my experience he took all the money he quoted and didn’t process my visa cancellation. When I ask for it, he is asking for more money for his service, if not he will make me blacklisted. I asked him to return the money as he didn’t start any of the process. But they are not returning the huge amount I have paid

Took over a year to complete process - so that I actually had to pay the annual fee again (i.e. a second time) during the time they were processing documents.

Lots of hidden fees. Things like a certificate of good standing charge for a few hundred dollars that had never been mentioned, then after a few weeks a new demand that it should be notarized for a few hundred more. So typically unexpected fees on top of other fees. Once you've paid a few thousand more that you expected they regard you as a cash cow to be milked.

Often loose documents and ask for them again.
