AFTER TAKING PAYMENT IN ADVANCE NON REFUNDABLE ! WORK NOT DONE

Delayed service after getting full payment and delayed response.

Very Disappointing Experience – Payment & Service

I paid the advance based on their quotation and commitments, but the work has not been delivered as promised. There is a major communication gap, with different team members giving different explanations.

I was even told that my draft was ready but would not be shared until the balance payment was made. This has seriously affected my trust.

My advice: clearly verify all commitments, deliverables, and payment terms before making any payment. Very disappointing experience.

इससे ज़्यादा अव्यवस्थित, गैर-पेशेवर और लापरवाह सर्विस मैंने आज तक नहीं देखी। पैसे लेने के बाद ना कोई सही जवाब, ना समय पर काम, ना जिम्मेदारी।

कस्टमर सपोर्ट का हाल ऐसा है कि लगता है जैसे पूछना ही गुनाह हो। कॉल करो तो जवाब नहीं, मेल करो तो रिप्लाई नहीं, और अगर कभी जवाब आ भी गया तो कॉपी-पेस्ट और गुमराह करने वाला।

कमिटमेंट कुछ और, डिलीवरी कुछ और। टाइमलाइन पूरी तरह फेल, बार-बार फॉलो-अप करने पर भी कोई ठोस अपडेट नहीं। ऐसा लगता है जैसे कस्टमर को जानबूझकर टाल रहे हों।

अगर आप अपने पैसे, समय और मानसिक शांति की क़द्र करते हैं तो यहाँ जाने की गलती बिल्कुल न करें। ऑनलाइन दिखने वाली चमक-धमक के पीछे हकीकत बहुत ही खराब है।

This is one of the worst and most unprofessional services I have ever experienced. Once the payment is made, there is no accountability, no proper response, and no seriousness toward the customer.

Customer support is practically non-existent. Calls are ignored, emails go unanswered, and when you finally get a response, it’s either vague, misleading, or just copy-paste replies with zero real help.

They make big promises before taking money, but fail completely on delivery. Deadlines are missed repeatedly, and even after multiple follow-ups, there is no clear update or resolution. It genuinely feels like customers are being intentionally ignored.

The entire process is disorganized, frustrating, and mentally exhausting. This platform clearly lacks professionalism and respect for customers.

⚠️ If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away.
Do not fall for the online appearance — the reality is extremely disappointing.

I and my partners have done very big mistake of our life ......Doing Fraud with Customers and and accepting calls from customers at that time........
Asking more money for every task like for :-

For drafting - 40000+25000
For query report answering- 5000

Etc.......

What the hell is going on here with customers and service packages is too much poor and speechless

Fraud company... They will take money from you for your work and then not do the assured work by giving various reasons. Think 100 times before you pay something to Legal Rasta. No guarantees of work will be done and you will get refund. Be careful

Legalrasta has been very prompt and supportive and made the entire registration process so smooth and simple for us. The 2 names I chose for trademark registration were not checked by the executive beforehand whether the names are already registered or not, or whether similar names are there or not.
I discovered it by myself last week while tracking my application that 1 name is already a registered word mark for the same class in 2017. I was never informed of this. I would have chosen another name or not proceeded with the application. But now I have to not only wait but them pay for objection response also. They don't explicitly tell before payment that the 'trademark registration' and objection and hearing are another 3-4K each.
This just shows that a very sly method was opted to reel in the customer by giving discounted registration fees because bigger bills can be generated in the future by way of Objection responses and hearing. Deepali and Ekta handled my case.
And when I asked why didn't they check before filing if the name is taken, there is no response. Very very bad.

It consists of a team which has zero knowledge and only harassment to the client. Rude staff and delay tactics with no results and waste of time. Money will get stuck if paid to them.

It's a fraud company to loot innocent peoples money.

Total waste of money...False commitments made by them and there is hardly any response.
