Very fraud company for any service. Illiterate people with no responsibility or customer focus. This company should close down as there are many complaints against Legalraasta and has cheated many people. Please stay away and do not waste your time guys.

Worst company. They are fraud people. They don't provide any service ... Simply take the payment.. and never do anywork. They provide some contact number .. then they switch off the phone.
They don't even refund the amount. Take money for no service basically. Pathetic. If there was a negative star option I would go for that. No professionalism whatsoever. They don't even know how to talk to the customer. Pathetic fraud people.

Gaurav this side, Last year in may , i have paid you the fee of rs. approx 7000 for the trade license.
Not yet received any trade license, nor the refund.

It's my 4th reminder in 2 months, asking for the refund of my money. But no response from your side. In the beginning your sales person calls me daily till i deposited the fee, but after getting your fee, not even a single call.

Your company is not at all trustworthy, i wasted my time, money and resource.
Worst experience i ever had.
Definitely will not recommend any one.

So, if you have even a little bit of shame, please refund me the money.
Your company is useless.

Very Unprofessional and rude customer care. I have paid them for registering Trademark around Oct 2017. Paid them around Rs 8000 and unfortunately application got rejected. Then they asked again Rs. 5000 Jan 2018 for filing the reply against the rejection and again it was got opposed.
In May it was the deadline to file the reply but didn't received any mail from them. Now on August 2018 I have contacted them they saying there was some fault in our mailing so couldn't deliver the mail.
If this was the problem then you should have called the customer and inform.

Now they are asking F* Rs. 220000 for filing opposition Plus extra charges for hearing.

So less for applying a Trademark.

I should have hired some local guy he would have done it by ease.

So bad response. I don't know how people are getting services.

Never use services of this company. They are totally unprofessional. I told them to register my company in UP, after 2 months, they registered in Delhi zone. worst service and unreliable. even they haven't returned my digital signature. they never reply on emails.

They will frustrate you. They will not tell you the required documents in one row. they are totally lethargic.

There team just helps you quickly with all the documentation work and isn't fussy about the hard copies, just scan them sign them and ready to go. 👍

I tried there taxation returns service, registered my new brand trademark and few more services.

False claim of dsc delivery schedule on website legalraasta.com.
Needs thorough followup with the company to get your simple dsc process done. Totally unprofessional !!!

I applied for Fssai licence. On giving them all the details they suggested that I go for basic registration. For this I was charged rupees 6500 and promised that I would get it within 5 to 7 working days. A whole month passed, they kept saying that a portal is down. At this point they should have just refunded the money. They then told me that I have to go the Food License officer's office and get a challan from him. Now we were informed by the officer that since our restaurant is a 65 cover casual dining restaurant and it does not fall under basic license. We need a state license for it. On informing the same to Legalraasta, they gave us a brilliant solution. Pay them more to convert it to state. Did that as well and finally when I went to submit the documents to the officer, he informed me I will need the water report as well. This will take another 15 days. On informing this to legalraasta they gave me the same brilliant idea to pay them even more for the water report, which I straight away refused. So far I have paid Legalraasta Rupees 8500 and got nothing from them,just wasted two months. Due to this, my restaurant launch got delayed and I am suffering huge losses. They should at least have the decency to refund me the money. But no, they will give all sorts of excuses and now they are going as far as to blame me, their client, for the delay. Worst client servicing that I ever came across.

My company was registered through LegalRaasta in May. They said Company Registration is done within 10-20 days. But it took nearly one month.Overall the service was good, as the filings were made by them but they are not On time.
