Eden was very helpful, however, when I go back into my legalzoom it shows the payment is still owing, however, he said he was going to take care of the payment and I provided him with my credit card info to do it. I am a bit concerned.

A simple Power of Attorney takes days not minutes!
I was writing up a simple Power of Attorney form I needed for tomorrow. I went through LegalZoom's pages of questions, selected that I wanted to download the document, paid for it, and then nothing happened. I couldn't find the document anywhere. The chatbot gave me directions that didn't match their website. I called their customer service telephone number and was transferred three times until I was in the right queue, where I sat for over 30 minutes.
While I was on hold, I was able to get a human on the chat who said it would be 2-4 days until I got the document that I did all the work myself. I could have gone to Staples or the UPS Store and purchased template documents faster.
They wouldn't cancel the order but said they would expedite it. I said I needed it by 9am ET. This is not my first experience with an online Legal Assistance site but I won't be back to LegalZoom for any more business.
LegalZoom requested more information about my experience via Trustpilot rather than reaching out to me. I'm not sure how much clearer I can be about my disappointment with their service.
