Yes it was great , I had a great experience

The speed in starting the process was favorable however, after payment was received, pushy sales tactics emerged to try to get me to upgrade services/plans. My particular customer service rep attempted to use scare tactics to get me to change my plan for unnecessary products. I canceled my plan and will be issued a refund. Thank you.

If you are a startup a company, DO NOT USE LEGALZOOM!! Too expensive!! Tons of hidden fees!!!! E.G. They post a "Trademark cost you $899." They don't tell you that the $899 is only for them to call you. You still have to pay the $399 for each catergory. Total scam and rip-off. A lot of stuff you can handle yourself if you have the time - it's much cheaper. (EIN is free, Good Standing letter is $50, Registered with the State is $50- this all you need for business bank account)
Yeah you get a booklet with your business documents in there, but for $500 you PAID FOR IT.

Amal was great. Was able to direct me to the exact services I needed and made sure to stay on chat with me until I finished my order. I even received a follow up email from him to offer more of his help.

I created a Living Trust through Legal Zoom. The first time they flagged my document because I selected that I wanted to be cremated (Please indicate how you want your remains to be handled) and then stated (If you have any further instructions regarding your final resting place or funeral, please enter them here) and I wrote "His spouse will decide; If both are no longer available his daughter will decide." The question is about final resting place or funerals - not handling remains. They argued they were contradictory statements. In my view they aren't. Then they said I had duplicate descriptions for gifts when the verbiage was clearly different - except the first three words. Apparently they only look at the first three words.
If it flagged it while filling it in or provided written feedback that might be different, but they don't - you have to call and then go through the entire form one page at a time to have them give you some silly explanation. It really made me question the quality of their work.
