Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate all feedback, even when we don’t agree with the claims made, as it allows us to clarify the facts for future customers.

First and most importantly:
You purchased two separate items — a mod and a tank — not a kit. The mod was faulty, and we refunded it in full immediately after testing, exactly as any reputable retailer would. The tank, however, was returned to us used, with no fault present, and without several of the accessories that come with it when new. It arrived back to us in the same condition you have now received it: opened, used and missing parts such as the coil wrench, MTL drip tip and the internal box compartment. These items were not present when your return arrived.

To be absolutely clear:
We have no reason or incentive to remove accessories from a customer’s tank. We do not reuse, resell or strip parts from returns — this is not our business practice, and after 10+ years in this industry, we would not still be trading if we behaved in such a manner.

You were refunded for the faulty item, and the working, used tank was returned to you, which is the correct and lawful process under UK consumer regulations.

Regarding the returns process, we follow the same procedure used by all online vape retailers:

We request a short video to confirm the fault (this protects both you and us).

We ask for the security code to verify authenticity.

We advise customers that the return postage contribution is £4 when a fault is confirmed and the entire order is refunded.

In your case, the tank was found not to be faulty, and therefore, standard policy applied.

You have also stated that we “played dumb” about why the tank was returned. This is not the case — we simply asked for clarification because customers often return additional items unintentionally or by mistake. This is normal protocol, not an attempt to avoid responsibility.

With regard to the missing accessories:
Those items were not included in your return, and the tank was processed and sent back to you exactly as it arrived. We are happy to support any investigation by Citizens Advice, Trading Standards or any independent body, as we stand by the accuracy of our handling and the integrity of our process.

We would also encourage you — and anyone reading — to view our other reviews. Where genuine issues arise, customers openly describe their experience, and you will see that we resolve matters quickly, fairly and transparently. We cannot refund a used item that is fully working, nor can we accept responsibility for accessories that were missing when received.

We genuinely wish you the best moving forward and hope any further investigation gives you full clarity. We will, as stated, co-operate fully with any formal request for information.

We do feel it’s important to clarify the full context for transparency:
• You advised that you returned the original device to us, but we unfortunately never received this parcel and no tracking or proof of return was provided by yourself.
• Despite not receiving the original device back, we still offered a 50% goodwill discount on a replacement, which you accepted.
• Today was the first time we were informed that the replacement mod is also showing a fault. As soon as your message came through, we contacted you immediately to request a short video and the authentication code from the box so we could assess the issue.
• You kindly provided these details today, and we are already reviewing them so we can resolve this for you as we always do with any product fault.

We always aim to help, and we’re currently working on the best solution for you based on the information received. We absolutely understand the frustration of a product not performing as expected, and we’re committed to putting this right as quickly as possible.

The Elf Bar P1 Pods you purchased are not fake — they are clearance stock, which is clearly highlighted on the product page as past their best-before date, and are being sold below cost for this reason. We understand this may not suit every customer, which is why we make this as clear as possible across multiple sections of the listing.

Hi there

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you feel this way and appreciate the opportunity to provide some clarity.

Your initial concern regarding the Thunderhead Creations AIO Mod was first brought to our attention in February '25. At the time, we asked for a short video showing the fault and the authentication sticker from the box to help us verify and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, you informed us that both the device and its packaging had already been disposed of due to safety concerns. As the mod features a removable battery and is widely used without such risk, this made verification very difficult. Nonetheless, when you re-contacted us in May—a couple of months after the original purchase—we still wanted to offer a resolution. We issued a £25 credit as a goodwill gesture, which you accepted and used in a subsequent order.

Regarding your most recent issue with the Stalk RTA received in May '25, you kindly provided us with photos of the fault. As per our standard return policy, we requested that the item be sent back to us so we could inspect it and either issue a refund or a replacement. This is standard industry procedure and ensures fairness for all parties.

Regarding your comment about missing items from your order placed on July 11th, we have again attempted to assist by requesting a photo of the signed packing slip included in the parcel. This would enable us to identify the staff member responsible and cross-reference our CCTV footage for accuracy and internal training purposes. Unfortunately, you declined to share this, which limits our ability to investigate further.

We’re always here to help and have tried to resolve each issue fairly and within our policies, even in cases where products were no longer available for return or assessment. Our team takes all feedback seriously, and we apologise that, despite our efforts, you remain dissatisfied.
