I spent £75 on vapes all of which had no flavour

Absolutely amazing customer service! My go to guys for all RTA needs!

This was my go to vape store for a long time. I have spent a significant amount of money with this company, buying in bulk fairly regularly. However, they recently run a promotion where they were selling stock for as little as 50p. From the marketing material and he on-site content it seemed this was because with the law soon changing (which will make their disposable vape stock worthless) they decided to at least try to make some money from this stock before they have to dispose of it.

However, when I received the vapes, I noticed very quickly that they seemed old. The boxes were faded, the packets inside were inflated slightly in some cases, and the vapes themselves tasted disgusting and some were low in battery life. I noticed that all but one of them had no expiry date on them, and the one that did was out of date.

I of course complained and asked for a refund. After some back and forth, they suddenly said that the site had always stated that they were expired. I checked and the products did in fact say EXPIRED in the product title, however when I checked the source code of the pages, I could see they had added this to the pages days after my initial complaint.

I explained this, but this was still not good enough to get a refund. Instead they asked me to return the products unopened. Which is ridiculous. They are of no value to them, being expired and of course I would have opened them, so there was no possibility of this happening.

I am very disappointed, very bad business and will be finding another vape store to buy from in future.

Fantastic shopping experience

Had a slight issue regarding the 5% email registration, it wouldn't actually come through to my email address, I tried three different Gmail accounts in the hope one would actually arrive, in the end I made Legion of Vapers aware through messenger and they rectified the issue with a code to use, they mentioned that they would pass it over to the relevant team to look into.

The order- placed Wednesday midday, dispatched three minutes later and arrived through DPD the very next day, it honestly doesn't get any better than that

Slight issue regarding recieving the incorrect coils, messaged and rectified straight away, no hassle, no stress, just absolutely fantastic customer care.

I'd absolutely have zero hesitation in recommending Legion of Vapers, my items were cheaper than my regular vendors, items arrived well packaged and extremely fast and they dealt with a very small issue immediately with extreme professionalism and sincerity.

Ten out of ten, I'll definitely be placing future orders.

Recently bought an order of vapes as they were all reduced, I assumed because of the up and coming ban, however, not only was delivery longer than expected, the vapes were out of date, and had absolutely no flavour in them. An absolutely pointless waste of time but how can this company get away with selling products 1-2 years past expiration? Despite contacting about my concerns, it does not fall under their policy to return for a refund. Almost £30 fo nothing. Unfortunately I couldn't post a review without leaving 1 star but it should be 0. Absolute bunch of crooks, buyers beware. I would also like to add that LOV, now want you scroll down several pages for information about expired stock! Does anyon else read pages of info before putting an item in the basket? Maybe the expiry date should be the most important information provided at the top of the page not several pages down!!!! You know it should that's why you've put a clause in to say no return on faulty vapes. I will be reporting to the correct governing body about this.

I've been using these guys for a while, the orders are always processed very quickly. Had a problem recently with an order, this was dealt with efficently, very professionally and to my satisfaction. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Above and beyond customer service

I made a mistake on my order and emailed LOV in the hope that they would be able to change it before it was shipped, at thats exactly what they did. I have been a long time customer of LOV and always have plenty of choice, good stock at very competitive prices and the fastest shipping/delivery

I was looking for a supplier of the OXVA e-liquid and LOV had a great offer, purchased and was delivered the next day free. Have put a 2nd order through as received a discount voucher and the offer was still available and a free OXVA Go vape unit, again delivered next day, can’t fault the service, excellent.

Ordered some coils and cotton. Liked that there is a build stand included with the cotton. Goods were delivered very quickly and was well packaged

I was looking to buy a product but was unsure if the item i wanted was what I was looking at. I contacted them and they called me and confirmed it was the product i was looking for. I ordered the item and was delighted. Happy with the product and great Customer service. However the discount code on Boxing day worked then somehow didn't work. I ain't complaining.

These guys are the best place to order from , good deals also they helped me out a lot when 2 disposable vapes tasted burnt they gave me a coupon to re order I appreciate them for doing that for me

Bought a new mod, which sadly developed a fault on the battery door. Contacted LOV and after confirming the fault, sent me a replacement Mod next day. Yet again, faultless customer service from LOV, it's why I wouldn't use anyone else. Great service, great prices, great choice, nailed it! Thank you 🙏
