Profesionalismo

Es una de las mejores empresas de limpieza, dejaron muy limpio mi local y ordenado el personal de higiene estuvo a cada momento verificando de no dejar algún papel o suciedad debajo los armarios de comida y fueron muy respetuosos además de responsables educados y sobretodo muy puntuales.

Lekogo did a lovely job

Lekogo did a lovely job. Very friendly, turned up time, and left the places spotless. Would definitely use them again.

Trying to charge me because he bought…

Trying to charge me because he bought bed sheet for my apartment when I did not want or ask him to - he bought these without asking me. Avoid at all costs!

He keeps saying that I requested bedsheets when I did not, he decided to purchase them without my concept. He also arrived to my apartment an hour late (he assured me that he would be there within an hour as I needed an emergency cleaner and he was there 2 hours later) and without any cleaning products when he informed him that he would bring cleaning products with him.

The first involved sending a cleaner within two hours, but when they arrived, you informed them the service was no longer needed. The second involved arranging for cleaning services and purchasing bed linen based on your stated requirements. We made this investment in good faith, trusting your indication of a long-term collaboration.

Unfortunately, your plans changed within 24 hours, leaving us to cover the costs incurred for both the cleaner’s visit and the linen. While we understand that plans can change, we strive to ensure fairness for all parties involved.

Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you the best moving forward.

I recommend them

Leko go are organized, quick and efficient. We called them for a end of tenancy cleaning and our landlord was happy with the job. I recommend them.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Seamless booking online event with a very short notice. Larisa was the best cleaner we've had in London.

Not reliable at all

Not reliable at all. They said somebody would show up on the day we arranged, and nobody came. After 45 minutes we contacted them and the cleaner sent us a whatsapp saying she was ill.

Then we gave them another opportunity and they said they had another cleaner. That other cleaner never came and never contacted us.

This was a really bad experience for us as we truly needed somebody to pass by to help us with the cleaning of our flat, we trust them and they aren't clearly a serious company as you can see.
