As we already replied to your earlier feedback, we take all feedback seriously and would like to respond factually for anyone reading.

Every booking and payment with Twinklin is handled securely through our platform, and we hold a cleaner's payment until the customer has confirmed they are satisfied, specifically to protect customers. Where a booking cannot be fulfilled, we refund promptly and in full, as we have done on this account.

Standard cleaning bookings cover standard cleaning. Specialist tasks — such as interior and exterior window cleaning, removing paint or adhesive left after building work, and garden or weed clearance — sit outside a standard clean and are always quoted in advance. A customer is never charged for anything they have not booked and approved.

To keep everyone protected by our vetting, insurance and support, all arrangements and payments stay on the platform. We understand this was not the outcome you hoped for, and we would genuinely welcome the chance to resolve it directly at support@twinklin.app.
