Nothing gets done until you start asking questions about your order, they will sit and poke noses rather than completing a sale.

When you call them, don’t expect to be transferred to the correct person who will deal with your query, you hear them howling from one side of the building to the other. Took them 5 days to deliver, this is unacceptable in 2024, unless if we’re still living in 2006.

Ok I ordered the fuel ⛽ pump sender unit from you. The response was quick and I was informed in all the stages of what what was taking place.

All parcels arrive 100% boxes no damage when i open the parcel when i unrap the window bubles i notice the smaler one is proken on the corner and the was not damage

I would have been 5 stars had it not been for my order vanishing from my profile the moment you actioned on it leaving m no way to track the progress of my order.

The company did an awesome service and with their replies, but the fender kit for the Nissan Navara 2021+ is mostly for a DC and not a SC, as the fender kit is beautiful, but it pulls away from the body and only the screw part on the fender by the wheen arches is holding onto the plastic fender kit.

Before buying diesel tool i phone and ask how long it takes to deliver it,the receptionist ask her boss before which was on thursday and promised if i do the purchase before twelve my parcel will be dropped the next day(friday) which never happened and when i called was told there is nothing they can do up until the courier pick up parcel. It only picked it up on monday the following week,it had pissed me up because i called and ask due to my client who needed the car on weekend to go to Durban attending funeral. I end up losing one valuable client, i only got my parcel 5 days later!!! WHAT A SHAME
