Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback!
We’re truly sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the delivery service. Once your order has been handed over to DPD, you can track your delivery directly through the DPD app.
The app provides updates on the delivery progress and, where available, allows you to manage your delivery preferences and see the estimated delivery time.
Once again, we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
Alexa
Complete failure in the delivery…
Complete failure in the delivery process. It is a shame as I have used Lekto before and all has mostly been well. But I only had two boxes, from an overall delivery of eight. I had to call to find out what had happened. The operator was helpful, but I am still waiting for the delivery to be fulfilled.

Hi Jonathan,
Thank you so much for your feedback, and we’re really sorry that your order arrived incomplete. We completely understand how disappointing this must be.
We’ve checked our records, and we can see that our customer service team arranged a replacement for the missing items yesterday. 😊
The replacement should be with you within the next couple of business days, so hopefully you won’t have to wait much longer.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Kind regards,
Alexa

Night Bricks
Delivery was good and quick. Bricks appear smaller than last years so not sure if they’re as good value as before or if they will
Burn as long.

Antwoord van Lekto Woodfuels
Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback! 😊
Our Night Briquettes are made from pure pine and spruce bark.
Because bark consistency can vary, the dimensions of individual briquettes may differ, but the total pack weight is always guaranteed at 20 kg.
To reach the exact 20 kg weight, briquettes of slightly different sizes are sometimes combined. Please rest assured that this does not affect their burning performance.
Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused!
Have a nice day,
Lelde.
Antwoord van Lekto Woodfuels
Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out.
After reviewing our records, we can see that you previously contacted one of our customer support agents regarding this issue.
Our agent explained why this shortage may have occurred during fulfilment and offered a refund for the 10 missing wood blocks.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the money to reach your account. 🙂
Have a lovely day,
Lelde.
