I have been using Lemon Tree Financial for last 6 years. My experience with them have been always positive. Both Mitul and Geeta are very professional and very knowledgeable in their field. They have always guided me in the right direction.

Recently Mitul, managed to secure me a re-mortgage with an amazing interest rate, despite the current financial climate and the challenges posed by the lender. Mitul works very hard, both day and night and responds to your query instantly. You always feel that you are in the safe hands.

Mitul and Geeta are by far the best Mortgage Brokers I have come across in my years as a property owner. They are trustworthy and professional. They offer excellent, realistic advice and will guide, helping you to prepare and put your accounts/finances in order ready for the mortgage application process.

They listen and get to know you as a person - their initial getting to know you (discovery) phone call is booked in so that you're not waiting by the phone for them to call I admired their processes and standards. Once they've got a feel for who you are, they're honest and will tell you if they can support you and what you're looking for. If they can, they then get to work, tirelessly focusing, coming back to you with a mortgage deal that meets your needs. They search the whole market to ensure that the rate and product illustrated is the best one for you not only now but months and years down the line.

The first time I worked with them was for a simultaneous remortgage and forward purchase - I needed mortgage products for both in a very short period of time as I had had a mortgage offer with another broker fall through and was at risk of losing the property I wanted. Geeta guided me through everything, I needed to do and have prepared and went through all my documents with a fine-tooth comb to make sure that everything submitted was in order. Mitul found me a product that was so much better than the one that had fallen through, with a better rate, and less fees. He would respond so quickly to my emails and calls, and I really felt like he cared about the service he was providing me with - he even sent me emails at 2am - which was evidence of his dedication to getting the job done. They saved me money both in the long term and short term, saved me time, and enabled me to buy a property that I had had my eye on for over 10yrs.
This is the second time that I've worked with them, and I am just as impressed with them this time around as I was the first, again they were able to find me a product when other brokers said it wasn't possible. I felt valued as a customer, and they seemed genuinely happy to have me return.
I will definitely work with Geeta and Mitul again and again.

This was my first buy to let mortgage and I did not meet all the requirements for most lenders, I was refused by some but Mitul pursued until he was able to find a bank that was willing to give me a mortgage.
The whole process was nerve racking as I was a bit doubtful whether or not I would get the mortgage. At times I would be emailing Mitul expecting a reply straight away but soon came to realise things do not work like that because he had other clients that he was helping. One thing I am sure about, he always responds within 24 to 48 hours after each email.
On a whole Mitul provides a very professional service, giving it 100%. I would definitely recommend him to prospective clients.
