This was the first time I used lemon tree as a mortgage broker. They came highly recommended by a colleague and they did not disappoint. Mitul and his team were very helpful from the very start taking time to explore and explain to me the options I had, this was particularly important in my case as the mortgage required was not straight forward.

I can't promote Lemon tree enough for the support and in some cases hand holding to allow us to purchase our latest HMO. I believe both Mitul and Gita went above and beyond what a broker service would normally offer to ensure our property didn't fall through chasing - we had struggles with communication between us and our solicitor and lender near the end BUT the team at Lemon Tree Financial were able help clarify the information we needed and give us updates ( which is not part of their role). The whole process with Lemon Tree is so streamlined and efficient.

Mitul helped me with my re-mortgage recently, after and whilst dealing with the difficulties he himself faced during the pandemic and lockdown. We had an email introduction, spoke on the phone, then he sorted through my documents and the application process and presented me my options. It was all straightforward, clear and easy.
Filling out forms was the only tiresome bit, but that's lenders for you.
I prefer seeing numbers in front of me (as a non-financey person, complex number discussions over the phone are my worst!), so Mitul sent me numerous emails instead of forcing me to try to absorb figures over the phone. That was really helpful, even though it probably took him more time.
Overall, for a tech and application-phobe like me, the process was very smooth and much less exhausting than I anticipated a re-mortgage being, especially during a pandemic lockdown!

Lemon Tree financial did an excellent job in sorting my husband and I out with a re-mortgage for our family home.
