Menstrual cups freaked me out... then I tried Lena. The cup is comfortable, well made, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I 1st had an OrganiCup and because I was looking for something with a longer stam, I saw everybody recommended this cup as most suitable for beginners. Well, the silicone it's stiffer than OrganiCup, which makes it easier to insert (and pop up) but also more painful to remove, because of that. I think I will continue to use it, as it's easier to find because of the longer stam, but I would rather have the stiffness van OrganiCup combined with a longer stam.
Overal I'm very happy with it. Never felt my periods less than now.
