Got the rate. Provided the needed docs. Got the lender. Done with refinance. No hassles.

The application process was straight forward, all proof/documents were uploaded from the computer. Pretty streamline. I was just waiting for the week or so, to get a response. I did have a problem during my application, but I sent an email and I got a response fairly quickly on how to remedy it. I would recommend LendKey, I got the best rate I was able to find.

The most disappointing customer service experience of my life. I have an existing loan with them and am trying to refinance. Both representatives lacked interest, knowledge and came off as unconcerned. They were of no help whatsoever. I could not get a straight answer. Totally disgusted. Clearly, they are overpaid and there must be a very short list for their jobs. Later Lendkey!

Lendkey is a horrible customer service organization. They provide zero understand for active duty military who want to make regular payments to their student loan accounts. Please select another vendor when considering your student loan provider

Wonderful experience. I emailed and a specialist responded within 24 hours and helped me figure out what documents I needed to submit and I was approved within a couple of days!

It was easy and convenient to switch my student loans to LendKey. I am very much looking forward to this change, as the service and support so far has been top notch.

I have a lot of law school debt. I mean - a lot. So much so that most other lenders would not let me refinance my current undergrad loans without a cosigner, which is something that I wasn't interested in since I have a very good job. I was able to cut my interest and my time down significantly and will be able to pay off the rest of my undergrad loans much earlier than anticipated, saving me thousands. Very pleased with LendKey.

Password requirements are WAY TOO DIFFICULT. I can never log in to my account because I have to change my password to some weird thing that I never remember. Please change that!!!

The process was easy and people responded in a timely manner and were friendly.

Slow in the review of the application and as well as the funding, compared with what's stated as a standard turn-around time, as well as with other lenders.

The application process for consolidating my student loans was impressively simple. It was fast and hopefully the actual process of my loans being paid by Lendkey is just as simple.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy this was and I got great offers. I will be saving thousands and all I had to do was fill out some information, snap photos of a few personal and loan documents (no scans needed!), and upload them.

I was also not hounded by lenders by phone and email (as I was with a recent mortgage refinance inquiry with another similar service - that was a horrible experience and makes me much more appreciative of LendKey’s approach).

They were clear when I hit the point that would affect my credit, and the whole process was quite transparent. I’m very pleased and will be recommending to others I know.
