The battery
The battery, after being installed, does not hold a charge. It lost its ability to hold a charge after only about a month of use. Now I need to keep the laptop plugged in at all times to avoid it shutting down. The battery is garbage. Need to get a replacement.

Works as advertised
Easy to install after watching a how‐to video on YouTube. One of the battery brackets did not line up correctly but did not compromise the the install. The battery is working as advertised.

New life to my laptop.
I have a Lenovo laptop that I ordered as refurbished and working as new. Almost. The battery was the lower of the two tiers, and it leaked. After a week, I picked up the laptop, but the battery was dead. Leaked like a siff. So, I found Lenovobatt and the larger battery. I ordered it. I got it (not the fastest delivery) and installed it. Wow... it was long. There was a HD space that it jetted into. So I took out the cradle, and it was fine. I have an SSD somewhere else, so this space wasn't used. All the mounting holes were where they should be. The connector was plugged in without a hitch. Powered up, charged up. Bingo. It works. And after a couple of weeks, it's still there. A couple of months and no problems.

Lenovo X1 Carbon Gen10
The battery fit perfectly with my Lenovo X1 Carbon gen10. I reviewed a couple of youtube videos but the install was so easy I didn't really need to.
Just take out (unscrew) about 6 tiny screws and keep them safe and gently push out the old battery with the guitar pick thingy they include with the battery.
Put the new one in (line up with the pins); screw it back in and lock the back cover down. Put the power cord in and watch the light go yellow/orange' color - DONE! (This means the batter is charging..)
Very easy.

Quick shipping and easy installation at a great price. I finally have a battery that keeps a charge for over 5-6 hours of use. Prior replacements worked fine for a few weeks and the quickly went downhill from there to about a half hour if I was lucky! So far so good after one month's use.

Replacement battery
It turns out that the battery that I purchased from Lenovobatt was defective. My IT person tried several times to connect the battery harness to the motherboard. The clip connection was loose, and the battery was of poor quality. I ended up throwing the battery in the trash. I considered dealing with Lenovobatt for a credit or replacement battery an impossible task. I sent numerous emails before receiving the battery that were ignored. It has been a very negative and costly experience.

Terrible battery
Terrible battery. Held a charge right after it was installed but never again after that. Computer will only work now if it is directly connected to power.

Replacing the battery in my daughter's…
Replacing the battery in my daughter's laptop was quick and easy. Quality product at a reasonable price. I saved $60 the technician was going to charge to install the battery. Took off the bottom on the laptop, a few screws holding the battery in place, pulled out the old one and plugged in the new one. Piece of cake!
