My account was charged on the 5th and recently shows that battery was received according tracking on the 16th I was under the impression if you promise 2 or 3 or 4 days. It’s ok but 12 days late is bit to much. , unfortunately I’m overseas now. You should give the option of offering extra rush event charging additional. Thank you

I had to wait two weeks for battery to…
I had to wait two weeks for battery to arrive. The battery I ordered wouldn't take a charge. A paid technician verified it. However, when I try to return the battery for a refund following their process, they refuse to answer my request to issue me a RMA number for shipping. I've been after them for over a week now with the only response I get is for me to video myself opening the laptop up again, reinstalling their bad battery and demonstrating what it is doing. NONE of this is written in their return policy as a requirement for a return. Don't buy from this company, they're a scam. I've had to launch legal recourse with the Better Business Bureau and financial institutions to get my money back and turn them in for fraud.

The battery replacement is working so far so good....However the battery repkacement disclosures said the battery was an oem battery. The battery replacement doesn't seem to be oem. Personally I don't care if it's oem or not. As long as it 💪....So far, so good!....Nice work fellas. Btw the screwdrivers they included were helpful.

Battery came in a reasonable period. Problem is it only holds charge for about 5 minutes and then the PC shuts down.
I will post again after I deal with support to let you know how they handle this issue.
FYI, the battery was listed as “New”.

Ordering online was easy with exact match of battery and chromebook. Arrived within a week in good shape, well packaged. Charge was 25% upon arrival, a bit low but after charging the laptop indicated 105% of capacity. So far so good, hope that it will last.

Quality battery at a very good price
The battery arrived on time, dropped right into my laptop (Lenovo X380 Yoga), and my computer started up like normal. It arrived with a very low charge, but I charged it like normal, and it holds a charge about like my OEM battery. So far, so good. Seems like a quality battery at a very competitive price.
