Very poor
Placed an urgent order via the website. It clearly said that they had good stock of the items that I ordered. It should have been next day delivery.
2 days later I still hadn't received my order so I sent them an email. They responded saying that they had to order my items and it would be another 4 days until they had them in. I had to purchase locally so cancelled my order with them. Not a good experience. I won't be ordering again from them.

Excellent product and service
Excellent product and service. I have been a regular customer for a number of years and cannot recommend Lenssaver enough. It is so easy to use the repeat order service when I require my next months supply of contact lenses. The cost has hardly increased at all during my time using the company and the lenses arrive promptly after placing my order. When I had inadvertently ordered the wrong prescription lenses when I first started using lenses and they were a different strength to my previous ones, I had a call from them to check that I had ordered correctly. I was so impressed that they cared enough to check with me before sending the order out. Customer care at its best. Reasonable prices and vast choice of products.

Waited ages for delivery
I order some lenses on the 20th August, after a week I contacted them as I hadn’t received them or even an email saying they had been dispatched. They told me the delivery company lost them and they would repost some more. Just received them today (4th September) after emailing again saying I still hadn’t received anything or an email and that I wasn’t happy with their service. Funnily enough, the email appeared the same day and now the lenses have arrived. I’d paid for postage for 3-5days not two weeks

Avoid
Lenssaver.co.uk advertise and take payment for products they don't have in stock and can't access; they told me I would be refunded after three days, it's now day four and I'm still waiting. This their business model. Avoid.

The best there is...
Have been using this site for a few years now and their service has always been great! They are the cheapest by far, and the only supplier that has never increased their prices to unreasonable levels. My lenses have always been in stock, and delivery is super fast. I've only ever had to contact their customer support once and they were very pleasant. Highly recommended!
