Very poor service. Avoid. Placed an order and didn't received it so check on their website the delivery date was one month after placing the order! Email them to request a cancellation and was told they've sent lenses only for my one eye out which wasn't helping anyway, worse, those lenses never arrived. So emailed again to request a refund and eventually got refunded. A waste of time.

I've been buying contact lenses from Lentiamo for a while now and I would absolutely recommend them as the best out of all the companies I've tried. They sell all the quality brands at good prices and once you factor in the very reasonable delivery charge (or free over a certain spend) they offer the best value.
My main reason for recommending Lentiamo is their impeccable customer service. Everything is hassle-free, orders are dispatched on time, and they are always friendly and willing to help. Recently I had a problem with supply from the manufacturers and they kept me updated throughout the process. I asked if I could change my order so that I didn't run out of lenses, and they sorted it out for me immediately. I'm so impressed with the truly personal customer service and how helpful they've been - most other companies wouldn't go out of their way to ensure you get what you need on time. Lentiamo is the best company you could use for your contact lenses.

I ordered on Monday. On Tuesday they let me know they receievd my order and confirmed the delivery address. Today, Friday I received the lenses. Posted from the Czech Republic to Malta. The courier even called to let me know they were delivering! Excellent service.

Used previously without problems. Currently awaiting an order for over 10 days. Company is refusing to give a refund or re send order until original order has been located by courier. Reordered via another company and received contacts working 22 hours. Can't contact this company via phone, can't log a complaint either. Very poor customer service for an existing customer, will not be using this company again.

The order proceeded very quickly and I was kept informed at all stages. The prices seem very reasonable and there is a good stock of products.

Recommended recently by a friend and ordered some lenses. Easy order process and quick delivery (3-4 days). Very impressed!

Difficult to contact them by phone, system seems to take payments more than once and then there are protracted emails, which they prefer to phoning and speaking to their customers. In all the times I have ordered from them the contact lenses have never once been sent in a letterbox size box - I don't think they use them.

Having given them a couple of tries I don't think I shall order form them again.

I can only say great things about this company. My experience with them was excellent. Their customer service was amazing. The product was exactly as advertised. As somebody who needs prescription contact lenses I found it hard to find a good company that could provide me with the prescription I need and in the colour I wanted. I will definitely be using again in the future when I need coloured contacts. I Highly recommend.

I ordered lenses for the first time from Lentiamo and was concerned when they didn't turn up. Their customer service team did some digging for me and it turns out I'd entered my work address but my home postcode - entirely my mistake. They kept me updated and when the lenses arrived back at their office, they reposted them to me for no extra charge. They were understanding and friendly and even apologised for the inconvenience many times, when clearly it was my fault! Thank you!

Photos of color lenses marked as 'real photos' show different brands than those sold on website. Don't be surprised when your lenses look NOTHING like you expected. Poor print quality with big pixels and poor color coverage.
Called them and explained the situation.
Got answer 'Color lenses look different on each eyes photos can not be used as reference'. As a user of AllVue Color I know what to expect from good quality lenses. Do not recommend this company.

Edit: Judging by the response, I did not form my arguments well.
Pictures named as -real photos- next to the item are indeed real photos. But NOT of the lenses you are trying to buy. I bought FreshLook ColorBlends. Judging by real photos provided they should have similar color coverage as my previously used AllVueColors. It's nowhere near it. It means -real photos- show real lenses, but of different brands. So I feel tricked into buying something that should have good color coverage, and in reality is absolulety not fitting my needs.

I have had a very good experience with Lentiamo. I can honestly recommend them and I will continue using them.
