Review zonder uitnodiging
Worst experience ever
I wish I can rate this as zero or minus five stars but I do not have that option. I did not receive my delivery 14 days after I placed my order on 21 December 2015. It has been only later that I found that the address was wrong. So I got in touch with the customer representative, which has been one of the worst. The head of the customer team initially agreed to replace my order on 4 Jan after I signed a written affidavit assuring that I had not receive the delivery, per his request. I told him that I was on my last pair and one of them was uncomfortable in my eyes. I also told him that I was expect the delivery before the New Year. The next day he said he changed his mind and what he said yesterday, about replacing my order so I can get my purchase as soon as possible did not count because he spotted that I submitted a review for a website complaining about the slow delivery. This was before I found the address was wrong. In the telephone call on 5 January, the head of the customer care accused me of a liar and said I was mean to post the review. Because of that, he would not post me the replacement until he gets the return from Royal mail. I was desperate to receive my order as one of them has been a bit worn out but he refused. I have never been humiliated by a customer representative in the past and this is the first time, really an eye-opening experience. If I am allowed to my opinion, this person is highly unprofessional and should not be allowed to be a member of the customer service in such a big company. For whatever reason, it has been my understanding that customers should be treated with a minimum level of decency and respect. This is indeed appalling, not only the delivery, but most importantly, the customer care team dealing with my concerns.
My last email from this person was that I did not deserve any respect because of my poor review of his company. And I wonder if I have the right to freedom of speech! I urge the company to retrieve our telephone conversation and start an investigation. Got no attention so far. If any of the customers who are reading this piece has any suggestion on how can I protect my legal rights as a customer and combat verbal violence. Please leave a message here.
