I haven't won of this platform as of yet I find when you win bonus money you got make deposit to use it very different to other platform were you would get wager amount and be able to use the bonus how ever you like but you lock out by deposit first in order to use the bonus for example if you won 24 dollars in bonus free spins you got put money In 540 to collect 24 dollars witch i find not reward at all its base of rtp or just pure luck ...
But who would spend 540 for 24 dollars in hoping they win only 24 makes no sense at all in my case

They will not allow me to withdraw via crypto and instead of asking for an IBAN to withdraw via bank card, they request the full card details. Also withdrawals aren’t available via the method i deposited through, and they state that they have the right to refuse withdrawals which aren’t to the original payment method, which in this case isn’t available
