My wife, your immediate client, never received any of the callbacks or information required to deliver the most basic of services you were meant to deliver, subsequently I was asked to speak on her behalf. My good friend was your other client in the matter, who because of your useless behaviour, lack of attention to any detail and repeated incompetence, also asked me to speak on his behalf. Your team are unbearable. It's like dealing with a bunch of clueless ludite jobsworth students. No attention to detail, no sense of urgency even after they make a stream of mistakes, repeated incompetence.
