There's nothing wrong with the product quality, but what's unusual is paying for a pre-order and then losing track of it, missing the sale dates, and absolutely no one knowing what happened to your money... until you send an email saying you'll report the incident to the authorities. Even in this case, I only got further delay. In short, today, after more than a month and a half, I don't know where my money went.

Website is a load of shit. Pop ups prevent you making a pallete. 1/10

I had one item in the shopping cart that was in pre-order, given i had spent more than 100$ i thought i would still get the rest of the items shipped before that one thing. They ended up completely delaying the order and ruining the birthday party of everyone in my family

Hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich für Lethal mal eine negative Bewertung schreibe. Ich war bisher unfassbar zufrieden.
Aber ich habe vor knapp einer Woche eine Bestellung aufgegeben und auch sofort bezahlt. Die Bestellung wurde immernoch nicht versendet. Kundenservice vorgestern kontaktiert, angeblich solle innerhalb 2 Werktagen geantwortet werden. Bisher nix aber ist ja noch Zeit - trotzdem sollte man als Kunde nicht über eine Woche warten müssen, bis die Bestellung überhaupt mal versandt wird.

Ich habe mir ein paar Eyeliner und eine Lidschattenpalette bestellt. Die Eyeliner kamen ohne Probleme an, aber die Palette hat gefehlt. Meine Mails mit der Bitte, mir die Palette zuzuschicken oder das Geld zurückzubekommen werden ignoriert. Ich weiß nicht, was ich machen soll. Ich habe so viel tolles über die Qualität der Produkte gehört und bin einfach nur enttäuscht von dem Kundenservice und dem Geld, das ich mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit nicht mehr zurückbekommen werde.

Got the Dexter palette as a birthday gift and it arrived broken. I’ve emailed them three times — only got one reply asking for photos, which I sent and then total silence. On top of that, I paid extra for fast shipping and it didn’t even arrive within the promised time. For such expensive products, their customer service is absolutely awful. Don’t waste your money or trust this company!

I've done 2 purchase on their website, the shipping was fast and the products are very nice. The fire avatar palette is amazing !

Die Lidschatten Farben sind echt schön, aber für den Preis hättr ich mehr erwartet. Einerseits hält der Lidschatten nicht gut, aber auf der anderen Seite lässt er sich auch nicht wirklich gut wieder entfernen und färbt die Haut. Wenn ich bedenke was der Lidschatten gekostet hat, bin ich echt enttäuscht.

Überteuerte Produkte in sehr schöner Verpackung und ein schlechter Kundenservice.
Ich hatte mir u.a. ein Eyeliner-Set bestellt. Leider war der eine schwarz statt braun (nicht so dramatisch, aber wenn man schon so viel Geld dafür ausgibt, will man ja schon das bekommen, was man auch bestellt hat). Ich habe mich also an den Kundenservice gewendet, der eigentlich innerhalb von 1-2 Werktagen antworten soll, das ist nun eine Woche her. In der automatischen Mailantwort ist außerdem ein Link zum erstellten Ticket. Das Ticket kann man aber nur einsehen, wenn man bereits ein Konto dort hat. Also habe ich versucht mir eins zu erstellen. Tja, Mailadresse wird bereits verwendet, auch wenn ich mich bisher nicht registriert habe. Na gut, dann halt "Passwort vergessen" nutzen. Da kam dann die Fehlermeldung ich hätte keine Berechtigung auf das Portal zuzugreifen. Cool...
Gut, dass es kein erstes Problem ist. Die Produkte an sich sind zwar schön, aber nicht den Aufpreis wert und nach der Erfahrung würde ich hier nicht noch mal bestellen.

My order was delivered within a week. Good communication in terms of expected delivery date.

I've purchased from both the Avatar and Adventure Time collections, which were both beautifully conceived, creative, and high quality. I was especially impressed unboxing my Adventure Time order today! I didn't buy any kind of special bundle, but the box was still packaged as if it were a specially curated set, with a really cute shipping box that had artwork on the inside and a Lumpy Space Princess card that immediately went on my fridge. There are lots of little Easter eggs on the packaging of the products, and everything is just so lovingly designed. It's all so, so detailed and thoughtful with how they handle IP collections, and the products themselves are fantastic. Their eyeshadows are in the top of my large indie and mainstream collection--easy to work with, gorgeous shimmers, blendable mattes.

I placed my last order on 6/17/25 and received it in the US on 6/24/25, which was so much faster than expected. (I placed an order from a US-based indie company a few days before this, and that one hasn't even shipped yet...) I did not have to pay any duties or tariffs.

Great products, but you may expect a big bill of VAT, disbursement fee, additional line items and Duty if ordered into the UK.
To put into perspective you'll expect to pay £60 on a purchase of roughly £200 which is crazy.

Hab einen Lipstain aus der Dexter Collab bestellt, 4 Tage später ist er da, gar kein Problem mit Bezahlung oder Bestellung, hab gehört der Kundensupport sei nicht so gut, hab ihn aber nicht gebraucht. Das Produkt an sich hat gute Qualität und verträgliche Inhaltsstoffe.

They don’t post the negative reviews on their site. If you look at their site you only see 4 to 5 stars on their products. I wrote a review about a month ago (not even that negative) and it still isn’t posted, but a more recent positive review is already visible on their site. Shady and deceiving… I really loved this brand, but I don’t think I will buy from them again…

I’ve placed an order on the 28th of December and wrote to customer service. Instead of helping me they said there are delays due to festivity and gave me the tracking which I already had.
Strangely enough I received other ordes form UK and Germany from other e-commerce and the only excuse lethal cosmetics comes out with is FESTIVITY DELAY on the 13th of January!
Today is the 3th of January and nothing so far nothing arrived.
This company is a scam! I won’t order form them again. Luckily I paid using PayPal so they won’t steal my money!
They wrote on PayPal that the parcel would arrive today but nothing arrived so far.
They are also signaling my comments on Instagram on their page instead of solving the problem.
They deserve to lose all the customers they have!

This company is the worst. I ordered 14 eyeshadows. After my package was "lost" I ended up receiving 6 eyeshadows over a month after I placed the order. I have sent 7 emails to the company requesting that they refund me for the 8 missing eyeshadows. They have not replied to any of my emails and I have not received a refund. Unless you want to lose your money, stay away from this company. Based on the other reviews, they have a pattern of terrible customer service and stealing from their customers.

I ordered twice from there, and I am super happy with my order. The products are exactly like in the pictures, super shiny and sparkly, When I had a problem with an item in my order the costumer service was very responsive and helped me solve it really quick, and went out of the way to help. I truly do recommend buying from them.

Lethal Cosmetics has my favorite eyeshadow formula and they're one of the few brands that I actually re-purchase the same shades from because I end up using them up. I was about to place an order when I found that the shade I wanted to re-order wasn't on the site anymore. I contacted customer service and they responded within 30 minutes (!) that the shade had been discontinued, but they didn't just leave it at that! They sent me comparison swatches of some of the new shades they had which were similar to mine. I placed an order the same day and it shipped 2 hours later! They really go above and beyond and I couldn't be happier with my new order. Doesn't hurt that they have strong ethics either! A+
