I bought a €300 palette included a personalized one (about 24 eyeshadows). The price wasn't at first a concern in a first place because I used to be a makeup artist. So I mixed duochromes and other types of pigment...

I'm not happy at all because Fed ex, their carrier always delayed my order. I know when you order on their conditions, you supposed on it (not consider a fixed date). But in a way if you send notifications at multiple times says, it supposes to come by day (1 week and half late). And it's obviously not, company quite engaged themselves.

Overview quite a part of my complain with the carrier, some eyeshadows were delivered quite broken on some sides (2 concerned) (small corners). Probably the most reflective ones. As the first shipment, I don't engage myself with return for the time it takes. Still pigmented.

I don't buy from it sooner. Don't recommend it, expect speaking if your ready to quite wait a long.

Please Lethal cosmetics change your carrier ! So annoying !

Extra mention : Depending on what you seeking for your eyes (coverage on skin by the shadows can tend to highlighter) + Living near the sending country (travel relate Germany to French(calculating ship without all management tools = 14-15 hours max))

Placed an order, after 2 weeks in transit I reach out that it’s taking to long. They say they will start an investigation. A couple days later I see that I forgot the house number (not sure why the order went through without). I email them and they tell me got to wait till the parcel is returned. Seems like no investigation is done because it should have been seen then.
Then they say I got to pay for the new shipping , fine with me. I reply almost immediately that I want to pay for that and a full week later I have not received a payment request. All emails took forever to be answered. I do not have faith that I will ever receive the makeup I ordered, this has been going on for weeks now.

I ordered an eyeshadow palette and some highlighters from Lethal and planned on gifting them to my niece. Because I'm cheap, I picked standard shipping thinking I still had enough time. They shipped my order literally the same day and it arrived in the US about 7 days later. But because I have ADHD, I put in the wrong address and USPS ended up returning it back to Lethal (not Lethal's fault at all). So panicked I contacted customer service, because now I had no gift. They were extremely helpful, re-sent the order with express shipping (this time to the correct address) and I had it 3 days later. They refunded my initial order in full (including shipping), even though I had put in the wrong address. My niece loves her new Lethal eyeshadows and I can't say enough nice things about them!

I placed an order in the 6th of May 2023 as a new makeup artist with my own VAT number. I never received the products.
First they said it's been a delay, then the order was missed with the shipment company (this I was told). And after I could never contact them again, because simply they ignored me, my mails.
Then I actually found out at they were not supposed to sell me directly the products while they have a unique agreement with one danish company who are the only distributors in the danish market. (the danish company confirmed me this ).
OF COURSE the MONEY was taken and never heart from them again.
I would never recommend to anyone this company since they are very unprofessional and simply taking your money.

Sehr enttäuscht. Wegen der Fehler des DHLs habe ich meine Packung nicht bekommen, wir wollten mit Kollegen besprechen wie ich meine Bestellung doch kriegen würde, sobald sie die Packung zurück bekommen. Sie haben es erhalten, ich habe meine Wünsche geäußert und seit dann kriege ich keinen Antwort von Lethal Cosmetics mehr.

I have spent a small fortune with this company. I really enjoy their products. My issue is my last order. I made an order on black friday. Usually shipping to me is no longer than a week. I check my tracking and it says delayed. Fair enough. There are strikes. I wait longer. I shoot them an email to see if they can look into it. They respond. I wait. It's now mid January. They offer to resend or refund. I send back an email asking for the order to be resent. Nothing happens. No return email. More time passes. I have sent another email making sure the emails have been received and that I'd like a resend. Still no communication from the brand. It's now Feb 5th.
I am incredibly disappointed with how things have been handled. I guess my next steps will have to be to get my bank involved to get my money back.
UPDATE: I have been refunded. I sincerely hope that they review and update their customer service and care. This was a terrible experience.

Habe die Marke vor einer Weile bei Douglas entdeckt und bin extrem zufrieden mit der Qualität. Außerdem alles Made in Germany, was es sonst ja nicht so oft gibt.
Neulich habe ich das erste Mal bei der Marke selbst auf der Website bestellt und war echt begeistert. Alles sehr übersichtlich und gut gemacht! Bestellung kam dann schon am nächsten Tag und war super und sicher verpackt. Gern wieder!

I live in Florida, US and this company is based in Berlin, Germany. What I'll say first is this is some of the fastest international shipping I've ever experienced! I was given a time frame to get my order on March 31st, but I am happy to announce I received my order much earlier, March 22nd. The packaging is wonderful, and the products look amazing. I haven't had a chance to use most of the things I bought, but just looking through, I'm really excited! This is the first time I've ever been compelled to make a customized palette for myself, and I am not disappointed in the slightest. I have dark skin, and these shadows swatch very pigmented on my skin. What I love about customizable palettes is that you can choose eyeshadows that work for your skin color and skin type. These look so incredible, and I can't wait to work with them. All the lip products are just as good as the company claims. All feel comfortable on my skin, have high pigment payout, and they look fantastic. I did order a face powder palette, and the colors are nice and rich without being chalky. I can't recommend Lethal Cosmetics highly enough! They are extremely professional, and the products are high quality. I happened upon them by pure chance, and I am extremely pleased I did. I'm hoping they claim this page soon and rally more customers because they seem like an amazing company so far! Thank you, Lethal Cosmetics!
