Charlotte and Janet were extremely efficient and professional throughout our property purchase. Every question we had ( which were many) and sometimes repeated because we had forgotten the answer in the chaos of moving were answered promptly and politely.

Jack Johnson at let’s move conveyancing dealt with the purchase of my new house for me. He was polite, professional and proactive. He always answered his phone when I called during business hours and 9 times out of 10 he responded to my emails within about 10minutes. My purchase went through quickly and I got my keys 8 weeks after I instructed them which I thought was fantastic. He was on top of everything, chasing the other solicitors for a response when things slowed down, sending off for all the paperwork and checks immediately, every report was thorough and he called or emailed regularly to keep me in the loop. After dealing with a different solicitors for the sale of a different property I can honestly say if I’m ever to buy or sell again I will be using let’s move and recommending it to my friends and family.

I have used Lets Move for my last two sales. Apart from dealing with queries quickly, and seamless service, even when individual staff are on leave cover, the best quality was that I always felt supported and that my best interests were being met!

Rachel was our conveyancer and I can not recommend her higher! She was recommended to us by a friend and I will be passing on her details to anyone I know buying a property.
