What an amazing shop/guy. Broke the glass on my Samsung S23 Ultra - the Samsung shop wanted loads of money + 16 weeks to do the job (yes, that's 16 weeks!). TPS did it in less than 24 hours. TPS will now be my go to shop for all phone repairs, can't recommend them enough.

Honestly can’t sing these guys’ praises enough. So helpful and definitely should have charged me more. Throughly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very professional have people working on site. Very reasonable for second hand phones and give you a new battery, the shop has been there 12 years and well eatablished. I alays use them.

It is very rare that you get professionalism, service and just generally great care from any company and these guys are fantastic. I have used them now for phones and a computer screen and the level and speed of service is outstanding. I would and do highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you.

Imagine the experience you get so often now of dealing with an AI bot or someone who doesn’t really understand what they’re doing and doesn’t really care about solving their customer’s problem- now imagine the exact opposite of that and you’ll find it at The Phone Shop. These people genuinely are good at their jobs and seem to come at everything from the perspective of doing the best thing for the customer - my phone died completely after water damage and after a lot of work they were able to rescue everything of value from it, which was a brilliant outcome. I’m very unlikely to go anywhere else in Bristol for phone problems.

Can’t rate these guys highly enough. They are honest, professional and thorough. I wish I didn’t have to visit the shop quite so often ;) but they are always welcoming and sort out cracked screens, broken batteries and general questioning (!) with fab efficiency.

This is the third visit to TPS over the past three years and each time they are honest and trustworthy with great advice. Broken screen sorted within the hour. Two years ago they helped retrieve all my comms and I was so grateful for their support.

The guys here are amazing. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about tech issues. They’ll take time to fit a screen protector no matter how busy. Good range of products are really competitive prices. Should be the first stop for phone and tech issues and shopping. Keep up the good work guys!

Would 100% recommend these!! Got my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen fixed today was done in just over an hour and the staff are so helpful!

I was really impressed by their knowledge and thoroughness, which filled me with confidence: they investigated and explained the problem, told me how much the repair would cost and how long it would take, and fixed it. The work is guaranteed for a year. Highly recommended.

I want to say that the fancy colourful holder Shane in the Phone Shop glos Rd got me solves all my problems eg on holding the thing ! Esp. in bed listening to bbc sounds ! AND I can do this and safely fall asleep without it falling to the floor or being too close to my head ....
I can also now see the mobile a lot more easily AND it looks brill and cheerful ! Yeeeaay 😁🎶🎵🎶🎉
It has a slipout ring on the back to put a finger thru to hold it without hitting a button and switching it off !
I can even see where the buttons are !
- IF you are not a young gen z or someone out and about a lot you don't get a chance to find out things like this exist so I am doing a review on how fab it is...
But as far as the Shop goes , they were brill from start to finish telling me about it and ordering a nonstandard size one in ,in the colour I wanted - really cared. Texted me when it came in ( early ).. ...good service .
YET AGAIN my mobile problem SOLVED . I might even get to like the thing ....🤣🤣🤣🤗🤣
