I loved my first pair so much, I bought 3 more in other colours and styles! I travel so much for work, now I don't have to repack my Levee sandals every trip - just leave them in my bag! AND they go with everything!!

I have arthritis in my feet knees and hips. I used to have to wear spinners if walking any distances but with Levee they are so light and comfortable that I can wear them all day. They hold my feet in place so no chance of sliding off the side.

I saw people on facebook raving about them so I thought why not. Do not go there. This shoe is of a poor quality. It doesnt fit properly. When you put your foot in it just flops around inside the sandal. Don’t be fooled. Don’t also be fooled that this is an Australian made product. It is not.

So I got sucked into the whole ‘Australia’s fastest growing sandal company’ trope. However, their products are not made or shipped from Australia as advertised. I received a VERY poor quality pair of sandals from China, that were basically a Wish version of what they advertise on their website. Upon querying with the company about their ‘Australian made and owned’ claims, I was told that they are, but they have distribution centres across the globe to meet supply. 🙄 I asked them to clarify why they would make their sandals in Australia, the ship them to China, for them to then be shipped out to the customer….from there. Surprisingly enough- they ignored me.

I asked for a refund; they told me they would give me a 40% refund and I could keep the product. They then went on to say this would be best for me because I’d be liable for all the return shipping, tax and customs charges to post them back to China. (Further proof this isn’t an Australian company). Please, everyone, don’t fall for that nonsense if you’re ever peddled the same nonsense. If goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match what is advertised, you’re entitled to a full refund and for return postage to be covered under Consumer Warranties in Australia. They eventually acquiesced and are fully refunding me. I even get to keep the hideous, unwearable, foot bricks…..yeyyyyy. Poor landfill. Sigh.
