I have been with Lexus since 2007. Just decided to swap my old NX for a newer version as a birthday treat to self. I was pleasantly assisted by a very calm and collected Julian Blackwell (Customer Consultant) and the amiable Luke Wilson (General Manager). The process was extremely smooth from start to finish. I strongly commend the transparency, diligence and care shown by both gents. We discussed and debated my 'deal-breaker' obsession with mud flaps and the road tax. Both were clearly and honestly dealt with.
Also, and quite unplanned in a sense, it so happened that I was collecting the new car on my birthday and word had got round the dealership. So as soon as I stepped in, the lovely Receptionist wished me a happy birthday....my jaw nearly dropped to the floor. Awesome indeed!!. By the way, I was also inundated with birthday gifts...Wow!...didn't see that coming. They say the little things matter and I was truly humbled by the gestures from Julian and Luke.
Thank you for a most pleasurable and rewarding experience and look forward to many years of happy and safe ownership of the new car. Honestly, please sound out and find either Julian or Luke, you wont be disappointed. Kudos Jemca Lexus Sidcup....small matter of being next door to me at Buckinghamshire! Haha!!
