Great prices on some lovely bags. Delivery was really quick, i ordered sunday night and recieved it Tuesday. I will definitely be ordering from them again

I have given a five because they are good every time I’ve ordered I have had 2 problems with to of my bags but they have been more than happy to help me with the issue I really appreciate it

I really liked the bag but it arrived open. I’ve had multiple loungefly bags but this one arrived and appeared to have been opened previously, sent back and not packaged again properly.

I usually get a 5* service from LFlovers but they lost a star due to the poor packaging and checking the item when it was returned.

My order was delivered to the wrong house, LFLovers customer service would not help as it was Royal Mail who made the mistake. My contract of sale was with LFlovers not Royal Mail, they have broken our contract of sale by not delivering the goods purchased. Customer services were very quick to respond, with the information that they cannot help as it’s a Royal Mail problem, again my sale agreement was with LFlovers not Royal Mail. I’m £80 down with no bag to show for it and no help from customer services.
Won’t ever shop here again.
Update :
After some social media staking skills I found the house that had my order. It was 4 miles away!!
Granted LFlovers are not to blame for the problems Royal Mail caused, however their customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. Telling me that the item had been delivered to the correct address and that I’d have to wait two weeks before they could help is not helpful in a very stressful situation. I still shall not shop with them again,

They tried to buy me off with £10 worth of points to change my review. They then tried to have my review removed!

They did contact me! There was some kind of problem and I just did not receive the email but they’ve been very helpful in getting back with me and resolving the issue! I sent an email asking how long it takes for my package to ship out after I paid shipping. I paid January 2 and it still just says processing. No one replied to my email.

Although the website stated they were closed over the Christmas period (which I didn’t read until after I ordered and paid for next day delivery) they still managed to send out my order in time for my daughter’s birthday on 30th December. Thank you!
