Account problems
When I first signed up, I was not allowed to start doing the course straight away, but I was supposed to wait until October. Trying to log in a few days earlier, I realised I had forgotten my login details (saved in another device), but I never got the reset email. Not only did the agent, Josh, provide me with the details on the spot, but he also resolved what must have been a glitch: I can start the course immediately and take advantage of the rest of my holiday!

Made learning easy and accessible from any device. Medical coding seemed hard at first, but the learning context made it a bit easier for newcomers in the medical coding and billing course. Would request to add video formats(lecture videos) or audio notes for more understanding, and for people with disability

Good customer service
I have had a great experience with excellent customer service. Josh Kent helped me get my certificate and apply for a student ID. I completed the Diploma in Poultry Goat Bee & Worm Farming and the Level 3 Diploma in Project Management and received my certificates. Studying online was incredibly convenient, allowing me to learn at my own pace while juggling my other commitments. I’m excited to continue with more on-demand courses to strengthen my management and growth strategies. The supportive and helpful team has been invaluable throughout my studies.

Completed a well-structured course
I enjoyed my time completing a marketing course and obtaining my diploma certificate at LIBM. Although I knew most of the answers prior and this was just a quick refresher, the content was informative and structured by somebody who knows the field. My suggestion would be to update some of the source material and videos to present day, especially with the emergence of Web3, but there's enough in there to kickstart your career.

Career Change!
I recently completed the Diploma in Project Coordinator course which I'll use as a springboard for a career change! I found the course manageable around my work/life balance and was able to complete in sections. Completing the course has given me the confidence to continue my learning journey! I recently completed the Medical Coding Certification Course, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Helpful but latest information is required
I took a Digital Marketing Diploma L3 course. It was helpful in terms of foundation knowledge, but the majority of information has not been updated for instance, like Google +, Reference in 2015-17. I think the latest information and knowledge are required in the realm of Digital Marketing to embark on a career.
Prompt replies from the person in charge were really helpful to continues my course! Thank you!
