As a U.S. citizen, I was initially unsure about taking a course based in the UK, but I’m thrilled I made the decision. The course exceeded my expectations in every way. It was exceptionally detailed and thoroughly aligned with both UK standards and American industry requirements, making it an excellent choice for professionals across the globe.
If you’re looking for a course that offers in-depth learning, a detailed curriculum, and the flexibility to apply your knowledge across different regulatory landscapes, this is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

I purchased the Diploma in Project Coordinator course from LIBM.....where do I start? This is a brutally crafted 'course', which is neither good enough for people who want to be Project Coordinators, or Project Managers - really, it's not good enough for anyone who wants ANY job in Project management. It's a bunch of videos truncated from a course (that probably doesn't belong to LIBM) , and they cropped the most boring and unhelpful parts of the course. So little about the areas of PM that could be helpful for PCs - Project documentation, meetings, etc.

p.s - I asked for my money back 2 days after buying this 'thing' - still haven't heard back from them. No doubt, they'll be in the comments soon.

SCAM! Payed for a course and days later it has disappeared and no order history

Course was good, but can't get a hold of anyone, won't answer my emails or answer the phone.
I have paid for my certificate 2 days ago and when you pay states will receive the PDF file in 24 hours.

Not only I enjoyed my course, I really recommend LIBM and the support they provide.

Quick response when facing issues

the course was fairly good but the exam was too long and pressuring. I had to wait too long to receive the exam results

I have had such an amazing experience doing my career bundle course of Property Management - Essential Skills with the London Institute of Business Management. The Libm Help Desk have been very helpful and quick to respond whenever I needed assistance. I highly recommend this career bundle course to those who want to work in real estate or invest in real estate market. I have completed two courses in the last few months with LIBM.

The first course was a L3 Diploma in HR and Payroll Management. The course content was pretty poor - a paragraph or two for each module with a link to a sometimes completely unrelated YouTube video - and the exam questions didn't seem to make much sense. Luckily I'd previously completed a similar course years ago which is lucky because the exam questions didn't really relate to the course.

The reason I have given 4 stars however is the Lean Leadership and Change Management L3 Diploma facilitated by Lawrence M Miller. The lectures were fantastic and so informative. You can't just wing this one, it's a 3000 word assignment with 15 questions and a possible 150 marks. You are provided with a lot of extra course materials including the 'Getting to Lean' book by Lawrence M Miller. Truly brilliant course which I very much enjoyed and I have learned SO much. Happy to have passed and my certificate is on its way.

Customer service is fantastic, if you email they'll contact the same business day and if you phone then your query is resolved at the first contact. Very polite, helpful and friendly.

If both of the courses were of such great quality as the Lean Leadership it would be 5 stars all the way. Thank you

Good service and responsible staff. They answered all my queries. Also I did a course and They sent me the certificate straightaway.

My daughter is already in her third course at LIBM and we are very happy with her achievements. Also, any problem we encountered, the LIBM team acted very quickly to solve the problem. Thank you once again to the LIBM team!
