He also sent a great video showing me how to adjust artwork size in the future. Above and beyond service at Libysn for a techno-challenged client.

I needed to get with the support team because my episodes weren't loading after having them scheduled. Rich H. was extremely kind when I emailed support. Guess what my flub was & why my episodes weren't loading?? I FORGOT TO ADD THE AUDIO (can't you tell I'm a professional podcaster?)

Rich didn't make me feel like a fool for one second. In fact, he let me know this is a common occurrence and no big deal. He also responded to my initial enquiry within an hour! We need more Rich's in our lives. Thanks again Libsyn - I already knew y'all were the best and Rich helped solidify that today!
