Life Fit Wellness Reviews

Very convenient service and service was excellent .

I recently injured my knee at a self-defence class and booked a session at Life Fit Wellness to have it checked out.

Booking was easy, and the availability was very flexible. At first I felt the cost was a little high, but after the experience I feel it is very reasonable.

My appointment was with Stefan, who had a friendly and warm demeanour and immediately put me at ease. He asked a number of detailed questions and quickly diagnosed the issue after a brief inspection of my leg. All the while he was smiling and chatting, but never lost focus on his work. He gave me a list of excercises, which he clearly and slowly demonstrated, and put my mind at ease over the future of the injury.

While the other staff were professional and friendly, and the facility was clean and welcoming, it was Stefan who for me was the stand out aspect of the whole experience.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending both Stefan, and Life Fit Wellness.

I had awful hip and knee pain for months that my GP ignored. Mobility was reducing and I was having to increase the amount of pain killers I was taking. A friend had recommended Stewart.
I had an excellent consultation with Stewart. Took my history, discussed the issues and listened to my concerns. Scanned, diagnosis made, treatment options explored and treatment given. All done in one hour. The best service I’ve had from a health professional for a very long time. Would definitely recommend.

I received a thorough and highly professional assessment, including a detailed scan that led to an accurate diagnosis. Everything was clearly explained to me, including the realistic possibility that the cortisone injection might not be effective. I appreciated the honesty and felt well-informed before making my decision.

I chose to proceed with the injection, and I’m very pleased that I did. It has significantly reduced my pain, improved my movement, and positively impacted my recovery. Overall, I felt confident in the care I received and would highly recommend this service for its professionalism, transparency, and effective treatment.

I was able to get an emergency appointment with Stefan when I couldn't straighten my knee and was having real difficulty walking. After assessing the injury through a combination of questions and manoeuvring my knee, he used a gentle but firm pulling technique to open the gap in my knee cap. Some massage of the soft tissues and advice on exercises and to rest my knee as much as possible for a few days, completed the treatment. I'm very pleased to say this all worked and my knee was working as normal about five days later.
Everyone at Life Fit was friendly and helpful. Thank you, Stefan.

Recommendation and very satisfied with advice
given by Kate Leishman. Friendly staff and professional from start to finish.

From my initial telephone call to Life Fit Wellness enquiring about classes for osteoporosis, I have received expert advice and help from Stefan who has exceptional knowledge about the problems I have encountered since my diagnosis. I joined the Osteo Circuit specifically set up for osteoporosis conditions and I am so grateful for all the guidance Stefan and Morven are giving to the group.

Very thorough assessment of my hip issue and treatment plan is working well. Physio Morven is just the best, I’m so glad I found this service. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Very professional staff. Thorough examination using ultrasound. Painless injection. Great aftercare 😁

Stewart was exceptionally helpful. He listened to my concerns putting my mind at ease before administering treatment.

Stewart quickly identified the problem. Scanned and injection. Very professional and painless.

Experienced, supportive physios helped me feel confident about the moves and exercises

I can’t recommend Emmet at Life Fit Wellness enough. I have recently been attending physio sessions with Emmet for an ankle issue I feared would be a long term issue but thanks to his expertise I am now totally pain free and able to enjoy day to day life.

Brought my son to have an ultrasound scan for a wrist injury. Excellent service from Emmet. Would highly recommend.

Morven was approachable and gave excellent guidance and exercises to help me recover strength after an injury. Definitely recommend her.

Morven was very personable and provided really helpful advice and exercises to help build my strength up following an injury. Would definitely recommend her.

Great services, helped me with bursitis

I had a consultation and treatment for my knee from Stewart Kerr. He scanned the knee and treated it with 2 injections. He was extremely professional and thoroughly explained what he was doing using the scan to get the injection in the correct place. He followed up a few weeks later to see how I was getting on. The contact and follow up from the company re appointment etc was excellent. All staff were very courteous and efficient. I strongly recommend them.

Excellent and prompt service.
Mr Stewart Kerr is professional and very knowledgeable.

Stewart was very professional with his treatment and explained in full what he was doing.
