Life Fit Wellness Reviews

Excellent people who engaged with me immediately upon arrival, then directed me to where I had to go.
Technically proficient staff who examined my wrists, explained my physical structure and gave advice on the images on screen, showed me the keyhole instruments to be used during future surgery. Put my mind at rest for the upcoming operation. Your staff are a credit to your company.

Great experience, Highly reccomend

Always have any problems dealt with quickly. Staff very helpful and knowledgable.

Outstanding service, fantastic knowledge of all aspects of anatomy, very precise regarding injections and so far the end result seems to be working well worth the money highly recommend.

Nice all round experience

Great experience. Morven was very thorough and explained everything about my condition and what we could do moving forwards . Before appointment I was feeling quite negative that I would never get better but after consultation I came away feeling very positive that with the help of Morven and my future physio plan I will get better and my quality of life will improve.

Professional assessment and ongoing advice

I was lucky enough to win a free treatment with Life Fit. Having never had a professional massage before i was a little nervous, but Chloe really made me feel at ease and not at all uncomfortable. It was a very relaxing hour and I felt as light as a feather afterwards. Would definitely recommend!

Having previously visited on a different matter, was once again very pleased with the sessions and the exercise portal. All good.

Great session and delighted to say my shoulder is much improved

These guys are giving care on a par with NHS consultants.

Complete examination to decide what was the best way forward.

I was treated very well, never felt I was being a nuisance, Friendly helpful advise.

I went for a shoulder injection, and had a scan also. My injury responded very well to this.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. From my initial enquiry to my first consultation with Stewart. He has thouroughly explained my treatment plan, going forward with three shockwave therapy sessions (had one session already) to alleviate my pain. I am more than happy with Life Fit Wellness and confident I am in good hands.

I walked into life fit wellness with a limp and a lot of pain in my hip and foot and left with no limp or pain. The physiotherapist (Lisa) was very knowledgeable and friendly and put me at ease. I was given exercises to do before my second appointment via an excellent app with easy to follow exercises.

Excellent experience getting a knee brace. Morven did a great job helping me choose the right one and then organise to get it in double quick time for me going on holiday.

Exactly what I need to get me back on my feet properly. Good professional manner. Clear concise instructions

Very thorough assessment with Morven.
Good plan going forward.

Recently attended a one day Pilates workshop which was really well organised. A nice variety and balance of classes. Wonderful setting in North Berwick and beach walks were an added bonus! A very well equip team and Morven is a very strong instructor with great modifications where necessary.
