Very professional in the way of dealing with the situation on my first visit, then giving me advice on how to reduce the swelling which allowed the injections to go ahead on my next visit.
The injections were sore but, I personally believe that no pain no gain so hopefully worth the pain, which I will update over the next couple of month.

Good service fast and efficient treatment

It is a local service with no long waiting lists. The therapist, Morven has a reassuring and friendly manner and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of my problem. The online treatment plan was tailored specifically for me and included videos and written instructions which allowed me to accurately complete the exercises.

I was straggling with a mid-foot OA flare up, trying to get treatment from NHS several times. My gp surgery is able administering steroid injection to knees and hips, but not to foot as it is too complex. My best choice was to see Emmet Kennedy. I only met with professionalism and a genuine desire to help. The next day after an image-guided injection I was able to walk pain free. Thank you.

Just did my 1-1 Pilates with Stefan and being a middle aged man who is not the most flexible I was a bit apprehensive- I shouldn’t have been . Stefan put me at my ease and was excellent . So much so that I am now attending his classes and I do notice a big difference . Thanks

After recommendation,was offered three options for my knee pain.After discussion,had the”combo”injection.The result has been very positive and can now move freely,getting upstairs,which was a problem,playing golf and on the whole feeling great.

I had a consultation with Stewart and cannot fault his professional approach and his caring attitude. He took a detailed history of my knee problems and carefully described the possible treatments, without any pressure, explaining that relief varied from person to person.
I had a Synovial HA injection in each knee.
At this point, three weeks since treatment, I have not experienced the relief I had hoped, though I am still hopeful of further improvement. Stewart has continued to be in touch.

Got appointment quickly and physio was really pleasant and helpful. Exercises were explained and followed up with a daily email link as a reminder to do the exercises…but also video clips showing them if you’ve forgotten.

My consultation was with Stewart Kerr. Stewart took time to listen to my knee issues which we discussed for some time. He then explained fully the ultra sound process and treatment options available. Stewart was able yo diagnose the issue in both my knees where others had not. Stewart Also explained there was no instant cure and improvement may take a little time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Life Fit Wellness to others.

I had an in-depth discussion with the physio to access my problems, then a full and very intensive examination with full Hy tech scan….. my results and problems were explained clearly and in depth in a very easy to understand way. I was given options for my treatments and rectification surgery. I felt I know had all the necessary data and information to move forward to get my mobility and health much better

Friendly, efficient and professional service, I go to Pilates, Strength Training group and individual sessions. Have also had physio treatments here.
All of the instructors are highly trained and responsive, tailoring movements to specific health conditions.
Group strength and individual training has helped me tremendously increase my strength and confidence.

Meeting with physiotherapist was very helpful. She gave me her email address in case I wanted to contact her. I have tried to do so but had no response which is disappointing

Steroid injection required for ankle in a bad way - Stewart approached as a consummate professional/ subject matter expert, delivered 2nd half of injection in an alternative site he suggested after the direct approach proved traumatic (ultrasound assisted). Much improvement seen in the ankle - thanks Stewart
