Emmet Kennedy is a great listener. That's a skill too many misunderstand or simply don't realise that it's something everyone can always, and must always, continue to work on. It makes a huge difference and directly affects the outcomes of such physio-related situations. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Excellent Service, made an amazing difference

Was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. After a nasty fall I suffered significant soft tissue injuries and a bone bruise. Stefan gave me a thorough exam & assessment and explained thankfully knee and ankle joints were stable and that wee phrase gave me my confidence back to start my recovery programme. Excellent physio programme to take away and I am now up to about about 80% fitness on my recovery journey which Stefan did warn would take a few months for full recovery. Just one appointment needed and I would have paid double the fee! Highly recommend Lifefit Wellness for your physio needs.

Travelled quite a bit to attend this clinic and it was worth every minute. From booking, to consultation and treatment, my experience was one of ease, comfort, and utter professionalism. Mr Stewart Kerr made me feel so relaxed and listened to. The treatment he gave me allowed me to get back to work and normal life within a week, after nearly 3 months of pain and doctors appointments. Cannot recommend this clinic highly enough, thank you so much.

I am 90 years old and had severe pain in both knees. My daughter arranged for me to have a consultation with a view to having hyaluronic acid injections. Staff were very friendly and Stuart explained the whole process and I was put at ease and any concerns I had were put to rest. I had the injections same day and am already in much less pain. Definitely a successful experience all round.

I was very happy with my treatment by Mr Kerr. He gave me treatment options for my painful knee plus some rehab exercises. He also followed up after treatment and that was appreciated.

The process was explained thoroughly, high standards of hygiene, watched the procedure on the ultrasound which made it so clear what the problem was and how it was being treated.

Life Fit Wellness clinic, specifically Stewart Kerr, had been recommended to me by my physio in Glasgow for treatment of my frozen shoulder. Stewart was thorough in going through my history, as well as testing the diagnosis, before doing a hydrodistension treatment during the same appointment. He explained each stage of the procedure whilst he was doing it and made sure I was comfortable. A follow up exercise programme was provided too. Pretty much immediately after the treatment, the pain I'd had for 9 months had all but gone. The exercise programme is designed to ensure my full range of mobility is regained. A personal check in from Stewart 2 weeks after my appointment was a nice touch to test and reassure I am making the progress I need to. Aside from the treatment, all staff I dealt with were really helpful, and very accommodating when I had to change my appointment a few times. All in all, a great experience from a professional team.

I was seen by Mr Emmet Kennedy. Very friendly guy. We went through the consultation in a relaxed manner. The injection was carried out very professionally. 3 weeks on and my knee is feeling brilliant. I would highly recommend this company.

It was a very professional service, from start to finish. I was put at ease from the outset - and Stewart, the physio, explained everything to me in plain language. My knee felt better immediately after I had the injection - and that, too, was very professionally done (nor was it the most expensive option, which can tend to influence choices!). Stewart set my mind at rest, re the problem involved - and it was worth the fee for that alone! A very positive experience - and I will not hesitate to return, should my knee require further treatment.

visited a few weeks ago with ongoing foot problem.. Stefan the physio was absolutely brilliant in examining the foot and applying taping to make it more comfortable to walk.. i’m just waiting for a vacant appt time to see him about a knee problem.. fully recommend him and Life Fit Wellnees to anyone seeking physio help… ohhh and this is Mrs Hart not Mr lolol..

On arrival from a long journey from Inverness, was welcomed by friendly & efficient staff. Mr Stewart Kerr greeted me & went directly for my treatment. The procedure was carried out with friendly efficiency. At the present moment there is an improvement in both Hips, but need to exercise to strengthen my Muscles.

The scan I received was thorough and the findings explained well and in detail
