David Bowmaker has given me hope that my chronic hip pain, which I have had for 6 years, might be manageable. I have previously seen 4 other physios, an acupuncturist and a lengthy shock wave treatment to no avail. I am now getting better sleep and managing to taper back my medication.
I would add that David has shown a really professional approach towards me and an interest in what works from a holistic perspective. He is a partner in my journey. Getting the truth about my pain and how to deal with it will ultimately ensure my return to a pain free world.

I found Life Fit Wellness through google after being let down by another company for hydro distension treatment for my frozen shoulder and I’m glad they did. They fitted me in straight away to their Falkirk branch. I saw Stewart who scanned me to confirm diagnosis and treatment. He talked me through every detail, explaining what we were seeing from the scan. Then explained the treatment, the risks and aftercare thoroughly. Stewart was very knowledgeable and put me at ease the whole time. The hydro distension itself was uncomfortable but was happy to do it to try and ease some of my pain. I would highly recommend Life Fit Wellness for their great all round service. Thank you.

From the minute I made the call to book an appointment staff were so friendly and when I arrived was made to feel so welcome .I was seen by Lisa who was brilliant and again so friendly and really explained everything to me in detail which was great , I was then sent over my exercises as promised by Lisa, they are really working .

I have had a very positive experience at Life Fit Wellness. Because of back problems I have attended several different physiotherapists over the years without any real improvement or relief - until I was seen by Lisa at Life Fit Wellness.
There was none of the usual stock or hackneyed spiel given: Lisa listened carefully to what I had to say about my own specific problems and tailored her treatment to my needs.
There was no push to return for more treatments than necessary and she has sent me information on and videos of the exercises she went through with me to help maintain the good work she has done.
I wouldn't hesitate in contacting Lisa again if needed and would certainly highly recommend her.

A lot of care was taken to try to resolve my shoulder issue. I'm not sure what the final situation is going to be , but there is a slight improvement which I hope to work on.

I had two sinovial knee injections today with Emmet Kennedy and Stewart Kerr. All of my questions were answered and procedure discussed with myself and what my outcome could be. Very friendly and professional approach from Emmet and Stewart and a very welcoming greeting from professional reception team. I have used Life Fit for many years and have never been disappointed in my treatment .

Physio Vyas was in patient in answering all my basic questions. Every time I have issues with my previous exercises, she changed the exercises which helped me for the recovery.

Everyone from the receptionist to the physiotherapist was very knowledgable patient and friendly. After 2 months of nhs treatments which did not work I received immediate relief from Stewart and my treatment and highly recommend life fit wellness. They were also very mindful of my budget which allows me to continue future treatments.

Good service and fantastic physio advice.

The physiotherapist was very thorough and professional. He and his colleague were very approachable and listened to everything I said, explaining what they were doing and why, and gave detailed feedback on the outcomes of the assessment, what to expect and what I needed to do. It was also followed up with a written report. Very happy with the service I was given.

Firstly, I was very impressed with the time between contacting Life, Fit, Wellness and getting my appointment - only four days!

Secondly, my experience at the clinic was exceptional. The reception staff were polite, professional and extremely helpful. My consultation with Dr Kerr was fantastic: all the pain that I had been experiencing was carefully and clearly explained to me and I found the use of the ultrasound a fantastic way of showing, in detail, what the problem was.

Finally, the treatment that was being suggested made total sense to me and, once again, I felt totally comfortable with what was being recommended and why. Once treatment had been carried out, the impact was virtually immediate - I honestly couldn't believe it!

I'm not saying that my knee it totally pain-free now, and I really didn't expect it to be, but the level of discomfort has reduced dramatically. Now, a few weeks after treatment and with continuing exercises to strengthen my knee, this has made a significant improvement to my quality of life.

I can't thank Dr Kerr and the rest of the team enough. Highly recommended.

I bought a blood test online which gave me a clinic voucher to draw the blood. I choose Life Fit Wellness in Falkirk. I had Mhairi draw my blood. She was clear about the process and presented in a calm manner. Extremely professional with a personal touch ensuring I was comfortable.
