This is my honest review, so far, attending courses like Special Operation Mindset, Train up course and reading Special Operations Mindset ebook.

I first came up to Christopher's content from an accidental video recommendation on youtube about the 1/3 - 2/3 military rule and how it's used. Tried testing that concept on my own decisions and then on work. I was impressed.

In the meantime, I was already in the process of pushing myself to be greater, develope a better mindset, test my limits and acquire new skills. But... I was somewhat lost with so many motivational videos on the internet. To be honest, many popular motivational content out there did not fit with me. I was tired of being presented motivational speeches, 'hacks' or mentalities that have no real basis. So in a pool full of motivational speakers, quick money making solutions, advice giving (un)professionals... the problem was apparent. Find something holistic, meaningful, educative and rich.

That's why I chose to watch more Christopher's content on youtube. And eventually... I became a subscriber. When the November free window came, I knew I had to enroll and go all in.

So, I started with Special Operations Mindset course. First minutes in.. and it striked me. It's not about being, or wanting to be better. It's about choosing better and doing better. That was my problem with my mentality and approach. I was stuck on searching mode... Instead I started DOING and TESTING!

This course so far, has provided me with a clear mindset that can turn my gears and push me to act towards my goals. At the same I find Christopher's content intellectually enriching and filled with knowledge that I can apply and build on to my personal and professional life.

This is my experience with Special Operations University so far. Looking forward to complete my courses and come back to add more on my review!

The courses offered are well polished in terms of content and structure, they are easy to follow, and provided in various formats (videos + digital transcripts...in smart-phones format--I like that).

Wether it is through a "well seated" study session, or an on-the-go quick review, the material is always accessible at the finger tips and ready to deliver in what they are intended for.

Super helpful in not just preparing for service or getting into shape, but for everyday life as well

many times i see myself on need to remember something or even have to learn a new skill and for sure, life is a special operation has a massive content with highest quality.

I am ecstatic to whet my teeth on these courses that Life is a special operation is giving out FOR FREE! I do believe that any military career is built off the shoulders of giants. This will bring a very wide range of skills that will help with leading, training and educating the junior enlisted while impressing the higher brass!

Instructions are clear and concise, the writer is well informed and experienced in the source material. I am confident that I will be able to apply everything I learned in this course to my military career. This is helping me greatly in giving me direction to accomplish my goals.

I followed his work with his videos online and still learned very much from the content reflecting for example experience, trust, honesty, bravery - qualities barely seen in many other videos.

From the several courses offered, so far I can only comment on the 'Hell Week' training plan and the 'Train Up' course. Both offer good Information, concise and without unnecessary length. The 'Train Up' course has especially helpful sections about the mental approach. For me, this helps to reflect on things I normaly wouldn't do, and in this way it really helped me.

I have used one of LIASO's fitness programs. The daily workouts are quick and satisfying, but very intense. Would definitely recommend.

Additionally, his old-school informational videos on YouTube about US military structure are especially interesting.

I can say that it exceeded my expectations. The content structure is well-organized, with a practical and direct approach that facilitates learning even complex topics.

The instructors demonstrate a very high level of knowledge, real-world field experience, and excellent teaching skills.

Furthermore, the support offered by the institution is impeccable—always quick, attentive, and willing to help.

I recommend it to anyone seeking professional development, excellent training, and a serious and committed learning experience.

A solid organization offering valuable training for personal/individual self-improvement as well as that which can be useful for business owners.

The only downside is they do use somewhat questionable tactics to get reviews here on Trustpilot.

Regardless, the are well worth the time and expense.
