My first order was fairly painless, but ever since whenever I try to deal with customer service on the chat option, they ALWAYS seem to misunderstand me. Apparently if you have a question on possibly re-ordering a medication soon, they take that to mean they can go ahead and place the order for you whether you're ready to pay for it or not. Very frustrating.

My order for generic Eliquis was placed on September 22, 2025. 21-35 days delivery. Product of Canada. My E-check has cleared. Today is October 9. I was just informed by your representative I contacted (Maria) that my order would be shipped next week from THE UK !!!!
And will take three weeks to reach me.
I will run out of my medication in four days.

I still haven't received my drugs...maybe canada post problems....i also had a problem with method of payment but it took too long to find out about that...hence more delays

I placed an order on August 22nd and they withdrew the money from my account online. They did not ship the product because of the tariff imposed on August 29th. On September 11th they telephoned my bank 2 more times for payment and withdrawed 2 more times. A total of 3 times for one order. I have been working with a man, Maria and Annie for my refund to no avail. I just get promises but nothing actually happens. I will say that they mailed the product on September 16th and I received it on October 1st. Bad customer service and bad company.

Second time Rx renewal went wrong. Because of the problems reordering last year, I made sure to have my doctor send the Rx before I placed my reorder this time. Once confirmed I called and placed my order. I asked the person to confirm that the new Rx was received because of the problem with the reorder. They said that it was received and completed the transaction. A week later I received an email that said my Rx was expired. I emailed back to tell them that my new Rx was confirmed when the order was placed. I called back and was told that the Rx expired, again. I sent the confirmation from my doctor. I was then told there was a problem with Canada Post. Back and forth. Two weeks to get the order done with no explanation for the mixup.
