When I received the watch, I wore it religiously every day and felt reassured that should I have an accident or fall, I would not be alone or without help within my reach. Added perks for health and wellness were the heart monitoring, step tracking and local temperature features. Finally, the routine emergency testing of the device and the customer service was the icing on the cake. If my insurance or financial circumstances prove, I would gladly use the device again.

I am extremely disappointed with Life Station and feel compelled to warn others. My elderly mother never requested their services, yet she suddenly received a letter charging her $150 for equipment she has no recollection of receiving.
When I called the first time, they claimed her insurance requested the service and that they were not covering the cost. I sent an email and called again, and the representative admitted it was a mistake, told me to disregard the letter, and even gave me a case number. However, shortly after, I received an email saying they would not waive the fee.
This company plays games with seniors, creating confusion and stress while trying to collect money for services never requested. DO NOT get caught in their trap – this is a scam targeting vulnerable people.

Provided excellent, efficient & friendly customer service, replaced a new battery, free of charge for my monitoring systems wrist bracelet. They contacted me to tell me they were not getting a viable single from it on their systems end, & easily walked me through testing both my necklace & wrist band monitors. They immediately mailed me a new battery & a return postage paid mailer for the old battery. Also my Aetna Insurance provides me with a lower monthly discounted fee, that is much needed & appreciated, for all Seniors living on limited incomes! Kudos for offering a great senior life saving emergency service. Thank You - Marilyn (Webster, NY).

I spoke with Reggie today regarding switching from the necklace to a smartwatch. He informed me that once you make this change, and don't like it, you cannot switch back to the necklace. He also let me know I could view the smartwatch on the Lifestation website, which I will do before making a decision. Reggie also added my email address for me in my sccount. He was very nice and profesional!

Piece of trash!! Doesn’t register falls even on hard wood and the device flying over my head and hitting the floor. It has NEVER gone off. I have had one of these devices for over 10 year s and have GPS. I have had it checked and they have sent me newer devices as they have been released. I have only used the help button in the past. During the past 13 months I have had 15 falls onto hardwood floors not carpet. The device has never once registered a fall. When I say Help! Help! My Alexa will respond and ask what type of help I need. My friend has an Apple watch and when she fell it promptly asked what she needed. My son wants me to get rid of this trash and get an Apple watch with cellular. Over time the watch will have paid for itself and most cellular carriers charge a minimal amount for adding the watch. That amount is less than I am now paying for this useless junk!!!

Your company charged me for equipment that I did not give consent to buy. I am still waiting for a refund to my credit card. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to this experience. This has been an aggravating situation. I am very disappointed!!

After sending this review, I received an immediate response from Life Station and they are addressing the issue. I will receive the device on Tuesday ( this is Saturday.) Thank you for responding and solving the issue so quickly. I’ve had a couple of near falls and really need the device.

I thought the sales agent was too pushy I am it even switched over to Aetna, and didn’t want life sfationuntol after Jan 1, but he insisted I get it now,,
I do not
like pressure. ..also disappointed that CT teachers retirement is not giving this free like we had with UNITED …I was told we would not have to pay? Can someone check this? He charged for 3 months.. not a happy camper.. Jan C..

I placed an order but had to check with other family members to get the okay to do it. We decided not to do it right now and so I cancelled the order within the time window given. The device was sent anyway and my credit card was charged.
I called customer service at which time my card was credited and was given instructions on how to return it when it arrives. They were very helpful and apologetic for the error.
