Excellent customer service
Original order was lost by the courier but Lifestyle Furniture stepped in and immediately sent a replacement item. The chairs were exactly as described and the colour true to images on the website. Excellent value for money.

Great customer services
I recently bought a mirror for my dressing table. The delivery was fast. Unfortunately the item had a few damages and I emailed them. I received an automated responded the same day to my email and later that day their customer services called me and offered some solutions which I was happy to accept. I really liked the fact that they responded fast to my concern and resolved the issue. I would buy from them again.

Although I had to choose a delivery date, my purchase did not arrive. There was no communication to advise me of this. I don’t know whether the problem was with Lifestyle Furniture or their courier. Either way, it was a wasted day.

STAY CLEAR! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE SERVICE EVER! SCAMMERS!
Originally ordered 21st January, it arrived over 3 weeks later and it had cracks, doorknob missing and a manufacturers default as the holes to screw them together wouldn't align. I was told to wrap it and I would get a replacement with a full refund then a week later told they are sold out and that I could send it back for a full refund as if they were doing me a favour. I said I would keep it without the replacement if they still honoured the full refund they have promised which i have the email from them stating i would get a full refund and a replacement but they said no i could only get the refund if i returned the default dresser. No compensation whatsoever this being 5 weeks after placing my order. I said I want to be compensating and they offered £60 for a £400 dressing table I refused the pathetic offer and said I would take it further as I deserve some sort of actual compensation for all the time wasted calling and emailing them practically every 2 days for updates finally a manager got back and said the max they could offer was £120 which I accepted even though I am still not happy and they said I would receive it within 10 business days it's been way over 10 business days and I still havent received any refund and I've emailed for updates on the refund and all I have received back if sorry for the inconvenience (yet again!) We will get back to you. Absolute scammers. Don't waste your time buying as all you will receive it manufacturers default products and false promises unless you have time to email and call everyday for 2 months but yet even that won't resolve it as I have experienced.

Excellent service. Mirror furniture delivered with plenty of protective packaging and in perfect condition. Delivery guys were amazing. Helped me unpack it to view it wasn’t damaged before they left. First class service. Would have given five stars had it not been that I did not receive any communication via email/telephone confirmation nearer to my delivery date to update me if delivery was going ahead on original planned date. I had to email/phone to check on my order status and delivery which was two days before expected delivery date. More communication on order status and delivery would have been good. However, I would still definitely recommend purchasing from Lifestyle furniture.

Good value for money for a quality item. No massive issues other than had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery. Nothing to do with you, but wasn’t too happy about his the delivery men got the items up the stairs. I bought a mirrored dressing table and they literally flipped the smaller boxes up the stairs and heard the big box thud at one point. Luckily all in one piece. The top of the dresser is a bit sharp on the corners. Ripped my jogging bottoms on the bum when I bent over next to it! Really happy with how it looks though.

I ordered four Tolix chairs
I ordered four Tolix chairs, gun metal finish, and I had looked at various suppliers on line. When I came across your chairs they looked fine and they were a great price compared to others I had seen, so I thought I’d take a chance, I’m a bit old fashioned and always a little unsure of buying bigger items online. Anyway the chairs arrived, on time exactly when they were supposed to. As for the chairs themselves, they are great, really nice gun metal finish, very sturdy and of course just as stylish as I’d hoped they’d be. Very happy with my purchase and now on the lookout for a matching table, wooden top, gun metal legs.

Ordered chairs at £89 each to be delivered in 5 days, they collected my money as the item WAS in istock. A day before delivery I get an email saying I have to pay extra £248 if I want to have chairs.
Supposedly chairs I bought was "out of stock" and offered me exactly the same chairs but at much higher price even though they are still advertising it at same price online to lure in more customers.
Spoke to customer service ,he says different story all together, saying my order is delayed, but then changed story 3 times .
I asked for a refund ,they sent me email saying they will refund me the money but I don't have high hopes for it .
So I let you make a decision on your next purchase .

Regarding the alternative chairs offered, I understand that the grey Velvet chairs were not what you were looking for and that they were priced slightly higher than the Linen chairs you originally ordered (which were on sale) hence the amount.

Outstanding quality
Ordered the grey button ottoman and very pleased with it. The quality is great and it was well packaged to avoid damage. Prices are incredibly competitive too! Would highly recommend. Delivery was great as well, didn't have to wait long at all.
