Lifestyle Furniture UK Reviews

I have spent some time trying to find the right bedside furniture and Lifestyle Furniture UK offer a great selection of beautiful handmade products. I selected the Jali Sheesham 5 Drawer Slim Drum Chest of Drawers. The order was processed quickly and within a few days was delivered. Communication was perfect, not too many notifications and I was comfortable I knew exactly what was going on. The item were beautifully made, noting they are handmade, the craftsmanship was excellent. Unfortunately, one of the items was damaged in transit. I informed Lifestyle Furniture UK immediately and had a response offer a reduction in price or replacement. I chose the replacement and it was with me within a week. I also received clear instruction to return the damaged item. In short, great products matched by great customer service - very highly recommended.

Well we opened the box had to rip it to pieces to get it out the is a scratch down the corner 2 dents on the front l took photos but couldn't send back to you because we couldn't reuse the box and had to wait long enough for the other to be delivered from the company

I recently purchased 3 items of Jali Sheesham furniture for my living room. I think its a bit of a gamble ordering online but I am agoraphobic so I am reliant. My experience was a happy one. Delivery was only a few days and the 3 gents that came were friendly, professional and polite. The Furniture is stunningly beautiful, finished to a high standard and fully assembled with no damage what so ever due to the the care and packaging with the items. They we're very dusty/dirty though but I can cope with that, its wipeable. 10/10 experience. I couldn't be more happy and 100% RECOMMEND

Sideboard was packed perfectly delivery was great very positive I would order from them again

Excellent service
Quality furniture and the courier service was outstanding.

The table and the delivery went really well on the downside on unpacking the table legs they were covered in some kind of yellow coloured mould which took a long time to clean but the end result was very good

I ordered a small piece of furniture in March 2026 which was coming from overseas. Unfortunately, it got held up on a container ship in the Strait of Hormuz.
I have to say the customer service from Lifestyle was great and such a pleasure for a change. I appreciated being kept up to date all through the long wait for this item to get to them and their customer service people were very helpful and friendly.
It has just been delivered and all I can say it was worth the wait . Good quality piece and as expected.
I live on a Scotish island and they were also very accomodating with the delivery requirements, unlike some retailers.
