Gorgeous furniture at fantastic prices
Gorgeous furniture at a fraction of the price of other retailers. Great service and a fantastic delivery service. Yes not all pieces are in stock but they let you know from the start and were exactly on time with delivery estimate. I’m definitely going to buy from them again.

Stunning.
Delivery was a little slower than expected but the company were really friendly and reassuring when contacted. But the furniture is simply stunning, much better quality than I expected, solid, sturdy, beautiful natural wood and well packed, well worth waiting for. This is the best furniture I have ever bought, just looking for an excuse to get more.

Great furniture but bad delivery service
The furniture was really good quality but can only give 3 stars because the boxes they were delivered in were in a disgusting state! There was dirt and bird droppings on one of the boxes and as I’d ordered 3 items the whole room stunk like dogs mess and made me feel sick. I’d ordered and paid the unwrap service which didn’t happen but I was refunded that cost in full. But it was very inconvenient as I have disabilities so it was a real struggle to remove the outer boxes as they were horrible. In fairness inside the box the furniture was wrapped and protected very well. I wasn’t overly impressed with the delivery service but thankfully no damage to any furniture and that’s all beautiful and a good price! Better boxes, more friendly delivery/service there would have been no problems at all. Even though my furniture is fine I don’t think I would order from this site again as the unwrap service was what encouraged me to buy from here when I saw that. So very disappointed but want to restate the furniture was all fine!

We’re genuinely sorry to hear about the condition of the outer packaging on delivery and the inconvenience this caused you, particularly given your disabilities. We completely understand how unpleasant that experience must have been, and we apologise for the distress it caused.
We’d like to clarify that, as stated on our website, from 30th November our couriers are unable to carry out any additional services such as the unwrap service due to the significant increase in deliveries leading up to the Christmas period. This service has now resumed but was unavailable during Christmas. We appreciate that this service was a key factor in your decision to order, and we’re glad we were able to refund this cost in full when it could not be completed.
All of our furniture leaves us in pristine condition, and we take great pride in the quality and care taken with our products. Unfortunately, once items are with the courier, the external boxes can sometimes become dirty while in transit. That said, we’re pleased to hear that the furniture itself was well protected, undamaged, and that you’re happy with both the quality and value.
Your feedback regarding the delivery experience has been noted, and we will be raising this with the courier directly. With cleaner packaging and a smoother delivery service, we agree this experience could have been much better.
Thank you again for your honesty, and we truly appreciate you acknowledging the quality of the furniture, which is something we work very hard to maintain.

The length of time dor delivery was abysmal. If i had jnown the drawers wasnt in stick i would never have bought frim these people there was no communication nothing i wont be buying anything form this comqpny again it was me that emailes you ansd twice was ignored

We’re very sorry to hear you felt disappointed with the delivery timescale. We always aim to keep our customers fully informed, and in this case we sent a total of FOUR update emails regarding your order , we’ve checked our email trail to confirm this.
It’s important to note that the item you were waiting for was a small bedside cabinet, and at the time of purchase it was clearly stated on our website that this product was out of stock. We did advise that new stock was due to arrive, but unfortunately, shipments are subject to factors outside our control such as ports and shipping company schedules, which means arrival dates cannot be guaranteed 100%.

Great customer service
Great customer service . The item I had order was slightly delayed and Saara continued to keep me updated both by email and phone calls.
Not only great customer service but when my chest of drawers arrived it was certainly worth the wait.
Fantastic quality and a fraction of the cost compared with other companies. Will definitely come back when more furniture is needed

We bought our wardrobe a few months ago and we are very happy with it. The delivery was great and the assembly was also smooth. The wood could be a bit thicker and the drawers could slide more smoothly, but overall it’s a nice product.

The TV cabinet is generally decent
The TV cabinet is generally decent, but one of the drawers does not sit flush, which detracts from the overall look. For the price, I expected better craftsmanship and quality control.

Beautiful well made furniture
Beautiful well made furniture. I had some problems so cancelled my order but as the problem resolved the person I dealt with was so understanding and quickly reissued my order. The delivery people were amazing placing the furniture exactly where I wanted it. I will definitely use them again.
